Booked this for a wedding for multiple people to stay. The owner never sent code to get into the house like they said they would the day before or day of at check in time. Right after we got to town we met up with friends to have dinner so we never realized until after we never got a code since we traveled multiple hours that day. We messaged through Vrbo, texted and called cell phone and left voicemail letting them know we never got a code and couldn’t get into house at 7:55pm. Finally we had to check into hotel after 10:15pm since we couldn’t wait any longer. The owner then finally called and messaged me at 10:38pm and he left me voicemail stating that he thought it was a scam call so didn’t pick up, but he would’ve known it wasn’t a scam since I stated I rented the house through Vrbo in all messages I sent and left. So we never got into the house and have no clue what it looks like inside. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and with the owner never getting us the access code to get in I won’t ever go back. If you rent this place make sure to get the code the day before or message to be sure they remember to send it the day of, but you shouldn’t have to remind them to do their job.?

I came to Cheyenne to provide support for my son & DIL, and my granddaughters and I made many happy memories in the house. The neighborhood is very walkable and it’s not far to shopping and other amenities. It felt like home for three weeks.

My son was playing in a baseball tournament in Cheyenne. The property is an older home, that has been very well remodeled. The kitchen is beautiful and the decor is very nice, clean and up to date. The neighborhood is quiet and situated with all single-family homes around it. You won't be walking out to the Cheyenne night life, but you can easily drive there if you want. The only hiccup with the booking was that the online service double booked one of our nights. Kelly was incredible in communicating and finding alternate lodging for us. He really went out of his way to solve a problem that was caused by the website's booking system.
