We booked this as we were attending Gen-Con at the convention center, so proximity to the stadium was important to us.(About 2.5 miles) Nice three bedroom duplex, lots of space for our family of four. Very relaxing stay plenty of room to chill and make meals when we’re home. It was very quiet, never heard the neighbors or people on other floor so this was great. Laundry on site was great and good shower pressure. They provided bathroom supplies and lots of towels. Check out request were fairly light (gather towels, empty trash, run dishes and lock everything up) Negatives - I got up early one morning around 530-6, after breakfast I was reading quietly in the living room, and watched a pair of mice skitter across the dining room floor. Not too surprising as it is an older home, hoping they invest in pest control before the next stay(and I contacted owner about it after our stay as well)

Gathered with friends for the eclipse in Indy. Quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. Spent a lot of time in the kitchen cooking, thank you for the kitchenware. Was hoping to watch the eclipse in the back yard but it was astro turf so we decided to go to Garfield Park. Sent a few concerns to owners, not worth noting here. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
