Historic Ohana House - Walk to Downtown Ashland, Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Pet Friendly

This was a Great place to stay. It had So Many amenities. It’s Kitchen had so many tools that you normally don’t find in many places. It was like you brought your kitchen with you. The back yard Deck & Hot Tub area were a pleasure to just sit & relax in. The owners really made a Special place here at the Ohana House

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location. The house had everything we needed for big dinners and the hot tub during the dinner was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was so cozy with everything we needed. The backyard provided a perfect space for the dogs and was awesome for a relaxing outdoor morning coffee experience. We not only recommend but this will be our goto place when we are in Ashland.

I am reporting this property for proof of broken, disgusting UN-clean and UN-sanitized kitchen, appliances, bathroom fixtures and other miscellaneous things. I would like my money back. This place was NOT worthy of the money I paid into it. Although the location is great, it was NOT enough to warrant an enjoyable stay. What I witnessed was a complete VIOLATION of sanitary health codes in rentals per the requirements of City regs and I will be following up with the proper authorities to have this property reported and cited. I will NOT proceed with reporting this owner's UN-ethical and IR-responsible business practices if my full price of my stay is credited and refunded back to me. I have more videos I will be submitting shortly, evidence of UNclean UNsanitized shower curtains, bath, broken fixtures, etc., I will be filing a report with the City of Ashland Code Compliance.

Ohana House was very clean and comfortable - exactly how it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, to and from downtown, several times a day - it was so easy! The backyard was shady and relaxing, perfect for us and our dog. Lithia Park, the shops, the restaurants and the theatre were as amazing as I remembered.

Michael’s place was great! A short walk to many things and enough room for lots of family.

An older house so no central AC, but the owner had portable air conditioners in the bedrooms and living areas so we were comfortable. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown so that was nice.

Perfect. Very comfortable, clean and cozy with lots of spaces indoors and out to relax, eat, play games and talk about the best theater in the country which is a short walk away!

We stopped in Ashland to see two days of plays and the Ohana House was the perfect spot for the four of us. Easily walkable to downtown, great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It was hot and we had to run all the standing air conditioners to keep the house comfortable. it worked! We'll stay here again.

Good accommodation walking distance to downtown Ashland and the Shakespeare theaters.

Michael was so welcoming to my dogs. It’s the perfect place - great back yard that is safely fenced and gated, and a “lived-in” feel to the house that makes it a very relaxing place to stay. Great location for Ashland sights etc - a little traffic noise during the day but it’s quiet at night. kitchen well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. Lovely patio to sit and eat and relax. Altogether a great stay. Thank you Michael. I can definitely recommend and hope we will be back!

We loved the cottage. We especially appreciated a kitchen ready to bring in the groceries and cook a real meal. No need to buy basic ingredients and condiments for just a few days! Michael was generous in offering whatever kitchen gadgets we needed.

Perfect style for our family. Ages 3-75 stayed and each person enjoyed themselves! Well equipped for children.

We were celebrating Son's wedding. This property was perfect for all of us to get ready . Less than 20 min. drive to Venue. Looking forward to returning!

Ohana house was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities and the hot tub was an added bonus. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Ashland as well as just relaxing in the back yard.

Every part of the home was perfect for all of us who stayed. Besides the three bedrooms, there was also a couch/sleeping area in the family-type room with a bar. The owner talked with us and answered questions. He was very on top of things.

The hot tub stopped working a few mins after we jumped in. Other than that, the property was great and we'd stay here again.

We enjoyed celebrating Christmas with family in Ashland at this very convenient VRBO. Having the fully fenced yard was great for our dog, and there are a couple parks within walking distance for more dog walking. The hot tub was delightful! On Hanukkah/Christmas, we enjoyed the easy walk to downtown Ashland to see the lights and celebrations. The owner was fantastic! When I asked if we could host the big family dinner at the VRBO on Christmas, he brought over more tables and chairs, and also decorated for us. The Tiki Room was also a nice socializing area. I highly recommend this place!

We had a one night stay at this property with our two dogs on our way to Southern California and met all of our needs. Wonderful fence yard front and back of the house. Wonderful communication with the manager/owner. We had a great time.

Ashland is our home away from home & this home was perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving & so close to Main St. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you

We have stayed I. Dozens of VRBOs, and this one is top rate! Location is great for walkers, house is well appointed with essentials, and if. Decor. Beds are comfy. Host is next door and attentive to any need, but not intrusive in any way. We will be back!

Stayed here with my sister and 90+ year old mother while we enjoyed several OSF performances. Since mom is wheelchair bound, this 1-story, 3 BR home was perfect for us. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub! Very responsive host!
