➼Keeping Cool at Altitude

This home does not have central A/C, but we’ve thoughtfully placed portable A/C units throughout to help maintain a comfortable temperature in the warmer months. And thanks to Flagstaff’s crisp mountain climate, simply cracking a window in the evening often does the trick.



➼Traveling with Little Ones We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.



➼Parking

The home has a spacious driveway that accommodates 2–3 guest vehicles comfortably. Street parking is permitted during the day, but overnight parking is prohibited during winter months due to city snow plowing regulations. Please note that metered parking downtown requires payment, so we recommend using the driveway whenever possible for ease and peace of mind.



➼Winter Guests:

Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.

Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.



➼Pet Policy: As much as we love four-legged companions, this particular home is pet-free. Thanks for your understanding!



➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.



➼Fire Pit Etiquette & Safety

Our propane-fueled fire pit is perfect for evening chats and s’mores under the stars. For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance.



➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is conveniently located near major routes through Flagstaff, which means you may occasionally hear ambient noise from nearby freeway traffic or passing trains. Flagstaff is an active rail corridor, and train activity can occur at any hour of the day or night. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly!

    A very unique house, in a perfect location to explore flagstaff! We were overall happy with our stay, and loved sitting in the atrium, but we had a few disappointments. For the price paid, I wish we had access to more supplies like towels and toilet paper. We had to do laundry and run to the grocery store during our trip. Not a deal breaker, but a little disappointing. The jacuzzi tub upstairs was broken, the backyard was a bit messy, etc.

    Really a great house! Great modern kitchen and master suite! Comfy bed rooms throughout…love the pillows. Two Great Rooms perfect for gathering, reading, open windows if desired, and in the winter, a fireplace in each. Style and coziness in perfect harmony. And convenient off street parking.

    We had a wonderful time at this location. It was exactly like the photos showed. Great place centrally located in Flagstaff, we visited Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff. Very comfortable rooms and very clean.

    Lovely home in heart of Flagstaff. Spotless, easiest check-in we have ever had, beautifully appointed with a lovely welcome basket. Easy walking to all downtown locations. Kid friendly although there are stairs in the home. Great for our group which needed 4 bedrooms. Power to one room was knocked out by a storm and the property managers were there and fixed it in a heartbeat. Highly recommend - will book here again if we find ourselves in Flagstaff!

    This place is terrific. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 1 child. More than enough room for the 6 of us. We loved the garden room by day to relax and enjoy our morning coffee. The kitchen has everything you need and there are more than enough linens. Beds are cozy and comfy. We would definitely return and recommend.

    We’ve stayed here several times. The property is under new management and there have been lovely upgrades and we received excellent service. I hesitate to leave a review because I don’t want it booked up when we come back! Great location downtown, and very cool, comfortable vibe with nice amenities and everything you need.
