Lovely home that worked perfectly for a 3 generation family holiday. Everything place we went was either walking distance or within a few miles. Hosts were very proactive with communication.

We loved the fact that we were able to walk to local restaurants with live entertainment for dinner. The house was very clean and welcoming and the hosts were very responsive to my texts. Definitely recommend this home for your stay in Nashville.

I had a wonderful stay at the Chester! The owner of the property was extremely communicative. It’s a great location with coffee, bars and restaurants within walking distance. And convenient for going on Broadway or to 12 south if you want to!

The Chester is an incredible property. The location is fantastic; practically on Vanderbilt's campus! The house has tons of room (3 queen bedrooms, plus a huge bedroom on the third floor with 2 queens and 2 twins), all of the amenities you could want, and it is just as charming as can be. We were a family of 9, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts are fantastic as well. I hope we can stay here again!

This was a reunion of 5 friends who met 45 years ago at Vandy. The Chester was a great location for us as we walked around campus, drove downtown and drove to Franklin. Easy parking on site and easy access to the interstate. Home was a perfect size for our needs.

This historic home is absolutely beautiful. It has been updated and restored and is just fantastic. Excellent location. Extremely clean. Very Spacious for a large group. Hope to return soon! Hosts are very responsive and kind.

We were a group of six, all celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was simply fantastic!! Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, linens and towels were great quality, location was safe and convenient. We made breakfast at home, and one dinner. Do not hesitate to book this house for your Nashville vacation!!

My writer-friends and I had a wonderful stay at The Chester. Firstly, it is a BEAUTIFUL house. It was the perfect amount of space and comfort for 7 of us to spread out, get creative and connect with each other. And we loved walking to the nearby music spots and restaurants for evenings out. Communicating with Susan was easy and check-in and out were a breeze. I would highly recommend.

This house is beautifully renovated, clean, well-appointed, and in an amazing location that is relatively quiet yet close to dining, Music Row, and Vanderbilt. It was the perfect location for our college friends’ girls trip. We all loved it! The only thing that would make it better would be pool access! Susan, the hostess, is kind and accessible and check-in/check- out instructions were timely and clear. Well done!

This is a beautiful home near music row. It is completely updated and has a nice front porch. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The owner was very helpful and available by phone. This is a great family rental.
