Stayed Dec 31, 2025We did last minute stay for New Years Eve. The host was awesome and got us in the night before. It is right in town, close to everything. Love that it’s a pet friendly home and beds were comfortable. Communication was very easy and responded quickly. Five stars!! Thank you for our stay!

Stayed Nov 6, 2025Quiet street with easy access to the main part of town. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. We were just two people, but the house is definitely large enough for a family of 6 or more. Loved the period details of the house including wood floors, stairs, and wood trim.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The house was awesome! Perfectly clean, kitchen was recently renovated and there was even an outdoor shower! We stayed for two weeks and LOVED it! Highly recommend! The owners were incredibly response and we were completely at ease. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the cookware was top notch!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Pleasant stay. The house is in the middle of Chincoteague, so everything is close (multiple restaurants you can walk to, etc.) but it's on a side street that gets very little through traffic, so it still manages to feel quiet. The house is dated but very comfortable, all four adults had their own room, and the host was a pro - communicated everything before we needed to ask.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024It wouldn’t have taken much to make this a 5-star stay. Small $ items like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, decent window blinds, fix broken light fixtures, spruce up torn wallpaper, very worn out furniture, etc. As a former host myself, these are no-brainers. Our first trip to the store should not have been to buy essentials. But the location is perfect! The house was large enough for the 4 of us. We had a wonderful time and will be going back to Chincoteague but probably not to this house. There are so many to choose from on the island with more to offer.
