Stayed Aug 14, 2024With 4 beidrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of space to settle in. The washer and drier came in handy when traveling with small children.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Our family of 8 adults enjoyed our stay in this very unique, comfortable, and well equipped home. The owner was great to work with and communicated well. The house is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The central location and close proximity to downtown restaurants and nearby grocery stores made for a more relaxed stay. Thank you Beau!

Stayed Aug 2, 2023There were 8 of us and the house was perfect for us. My son and his two sons slept upstairs. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms so my daughter, husband, and two granddaughters slept there. I slept in the bedroom in the basement. It was a nice location. Easy to get to downtown and the airport. We also went to Whittier, Kaitmai, Girdwood, and Talkeetna. We also enjoyed the firepit outside each evening. Wonderful time.

Stayed Sep 16, 2022The house was setup nice for 3 couples. Plenty of living space. The house was clean and well equipped. The manager was very easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a late flight and he offered to give us a late checkout since the house was not booked for that night. I am not familiar with Anchorage neighborhoods, the house seemed to be on the edge, great neighborhood on our side of the street and forward. But across the street seemed different. We had no issues and were close to downtown and everyplace we wanted to go to, including the airport. I would reccomend.
