This spacious four-bedroom farmhouse blends new, modern conveniences with historic character and country charm. Its four amazing porches (two upstairs and two downstairs) invite you to picnic,play yard games, or relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the lovely landscapes of the Texas Hill Country. Located on the famous Highway 290 Wine Trail and only seven miles from downtown Fredericksburg, you’ll have easy access to wineries, restaurants, shopping, and historic attractions while still enjoying a countryside retreat.

With over 3,000 square feet of living space, the home is ideal for family gatherings, retreats, friend getaways, and extended stays. Guests can enjoy two spacious living rooms, each with beautiful hardwood floors, vintage charm, and large windows that bring in abundant natural light. These rooms are outfitted for dining, setting up board games, singing together around the piano, or cheering you favorite sports teams on TV. The adjacent porches provide the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, sunset views, and peaceful Hill Country evenings.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with pristine white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, making it easy to entertain your group. A private laundry room is also available for added convenience during longer stays.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom which features a double bed and which also connects to the Sunrise Porch with two twin beds.

Guests will love the convenient location near many of Fredericksburg’s most popular attractions. The historic downtown district offers numerous boutiques, restaurants, museums, galleries, and local markets. Wine lovers can explore the renowned Highway 290 Wine Trail, including nearby Grape Creek and Becker Vineyards. Nature and hiking enthusiasts value climbing Enchanted Rock (Please be advised to make a reservation ahead of time.). Luckenbach, Texas, with its famous dance hall and general store, is located just six miles away, and the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is only ten miles from the home.

    We loved staying at the White Dairy Guesthouse. It was perfect for 4 couples. It’s hard to find a home that can accommodate 4 separate couples in different rooms at a reasonable price and this was perfect for what we needed. We loved the light up windmill at night which helped us find the driveway when it was dark. The three full bathrooms were so helpful for everyone getting ready. The location was also amazing as the property was on some land but was only a few miles from town and close to all our favorite wineries and breweries. We had an amazing weekend with lots of laughter and great memories were made!

    Overall a very poor experience with the quality of the house and local Vacasa support/management. Upon walking into the house - Dead bugs through out the house Dirty carpet in the kitchen Clogged plumbing I have multiple pictures to share (but there is no option to upload). Even the local cleaning crew that (eventually) came by recognized the dirty issues. Vacasa claim is it’s “rustic” and “summer bugs” so beware of what you sign up for. Definitely not with the price charged for the house.

    A beautifully renovated farm home with lots of comfort and room for multiple families or friends. We love the country so staying here was peaceful and relaxing. The landscape and friendly cows was an extra added plus! Away from town, which we enjoy but close enough to Luckenbach or Fredericksburg.

    The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We all had our own space and we also had room to socialize. The property had everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

    The pictures do not do this home justice. The property is gorgeous, old farm house charm. I would recommend to any group. It was amazing.

    The house was cool when we arrived- thank goodness! The house had a great rustic feel. We had no issues except that the porch where one person slept was a bit warm all day, but it cooled off in the evening. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work, but we do intend to return! It was a great house for a large group. Thanks!!!

    Our stay at the White Dairy Farmhouse exceeded our expectations. The house is very roomy and extra clean. It is close to Luckenbach and Fredericksburg’s Main Street - really great location. It reminded us of our grandmother at the farm house - loved it. Just one suggestion is to update the television for more television showchoices.

    We were very pleased with the house. I think there could have definitely been a little more flexibility with our stay. It definitely needs more linens (blankets) available to the guests. It was very cold while we were there. It is close to town which is nice. We enjoyed the big yard and the firepit. Thank you

    The house is Spacious, but there was mice running around (we have video) it smelled bad outside like there was something dead, house needs curtains and it was super hot upstairs had trouble getting ac to work in some rooms.
