This charming 1906 retreat at the entrance of Peninsula State Park accommodates up to 6 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 loft, 1 bathroom, and a sun porch. Nestled on a quiet dead-end road, it features original hardwood floors, wood beam ceilings, a gas stove, and a unique Dutch-style back door.

Connected by a closed off breezeway is the “Silo Guest House,” a one-of-a-kind converted silo offering amazing views. (Check out our other listing or reach out to us to rent both units for larger groups.)

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

    Property was well kept, small and simple - just what we wanted. The property has no central air, but that did not matter...the fans in the rooms kept things just right - we slept very well. The house is old, but simple and tidy. The small air conditioner downstairs was good, we ran that most of the day while we were gone so the house was at a good temp in the evening.

    This rental is small but darling and has everything you need. The location can’t be beat as it’s steps away from the Peninsula Park entrance. The home doesn’t have central AC but a window unit in the Living Room on the 1st floor worked well. The two bedrooms upstairs were stifling hot but cooled off a bit at night. The upstairs could benefit from window AC units.

    Great location. Very familiar with the area and as usual the restaurants were all great and plenty of shopping for the girls. End of the day (s) back at the Farmhouse to relax and enjoy the comforts of home.
