The Evolve team reached out to us multiple times to help prepare us with check-in and check-out. The owner texted us the day we arrived…communication was great. The property was exactly as promised with lots of little extras…snacks, condiments, a lighted Christmas Tree and a beautiful Christmas plant. We had an issue with the toilet which was result dealt with. The location was great…loved the close walk to downtown shops and restaurants, the river behind the property, the pool table, gas fireplace, the big screen TV…and the train came through only once at night….not a big deal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We came to Loveland to visit our chikdren and see the sites. When i saw tge Powerhouse on the VRBO site i knew it was the place for us. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, restaurants and shops. The pool table was a great bonus, spent a couple of fun evenings teaching the kids to play. The trains are a little noisy but it seems like they don't run on the weekends. Owner and property managers were great. Would definitely stay here again.
Great property with all the amenities, access to Rocky Mountain National Park…and Loveland! Enjoyed the neighborhood coffee shops within walking distance and early morning runs in nearby community trails! Great host! Enjoyed!
It was such a unique, very clean, and welcoming property. The owner was very friendly and offered assistance in case we needed anything, but we didn’t, everything worked great. It was well stocked with coffee, snacks, shampoo, soap, lotion, and toilet paper. The location was close to downtown shops and restaurants. But most of all it was an easy and beautiful drive to Estes Park and RMNP. We especially loved the train that went by daily; it added to the historical feel of the building. We had a wonderful stay.
We were visiting family and spent much of our time away, but would love to come back and enjoy everything this has to offer. Interesting former power station but the furnishings and space are very good. There were a couple of trains passing by and only one during sleeping hours. Highly recommend.
I rented this unit during a conference occurring at a nearby hotel and could not have been more pleased. The site is historic, well loved/maintained, and I was treated to a basket of local goodies and even a bag of coffee for my stay. Nice touch! The rail line across the street is active so I did hear an occasional train but generally got used to the sound at night so no problem sleeping. Otherwise, a very quiet space and well appointed. Check-in/Check-out was easy and communication from host was great.
The house was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, walking distance to restaurants. We were here for the Sparkler softball tourney and played all of our 8 games at Barnes Park (also walking distance). We were able to save money by cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen. After long days at the softball fields, we would come back to the house and plop down on the huge comfy couch! The pool table was an added bonus! I haven't shot pool in years, so it was fun to play again. The hosts were amazing, and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
We had a great time. Train comes at different times through out the day and night. First night startled us a little but wasn't bad after that. It was loud but once you expect it not bad Pool table was nice to occupy our time. Walking distance to restaurants and brewery.
We like this home so much that we came back for a second stay! The unique layout, with a “play” room downstairs and large living space upstairs is so nice. We had great communication with Alair, and she was so thoughtful and helpful to us. We will definitely book here again when we are back in the Loveland area!
We wanted more than a hotel for family weekend at CSU, and we knew this was further away (20 min drive), but thought it would be fun to explore Loveland a little. Cute town. Great coffee shop and casual dinner at Henry’s. A little further than we want, but it worked out fine. Cool building, easy parking, nice clean space and very affordable. The host checked in and there was a cute welcome basket with snacks and water and cookies. Very sweet touch.
The stay was very good and the property was nice/interesting.
This was a perfect stay experience from booking through check-out. Property is well located to Loveland's downtown. Very walkable and, your hosts provide two bicycles for venturing into town or onto the park paths. The kitchen, bedroom, bath and living room are all very well appointed with the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Asthetically, the home is well designed, has lovely natural lighting from the windows, and is beautifully decorated. Communication with our hosts was very pleasant with quick responses. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
