This is the cutest historic house in the best location! The host was a pleasure to deal with, and he was very responsive to my questions. It was wonderful to be able to sit out in the yard and know that my small dog was secure in the property with usas he explored. The only reason I didn’t give five stars on cleanliness is just because the floors are original, which is great, but you have to just know that your socks are going to turn a bit dirty because it is impossible to get original wooden floors perfectly clean. Don’t let that steer you away, just being honest and sharing that part. (Wear dark socks!) otherwise everything was clean and comfortable!

I met up with my brother & nephew from Texas to see the Grand Canyon. This home in Flagstaff is a good location from which to do that. Sedona is even a shorter drive in the opposite direction. The house is also great for walking to many of the interesting things to see & do in the local area. Eateries and breweries abound if you are into that sort of experience. We found the house to be very comfortable and well equipped to suit our needs. I would certainly rent it again should the opportunity to stay in Flagstaff present itself.

This historic house in Flagstaff was our jumping off point for visiting Lowell Observatory and local national monuments. We chose it primarily because of the walking distance to restaurants and shops in Flagstaff, and it did not disappoint on that front as we walked to breakfast and dinner. The house is older and a bit rustic with plaster ceilings and walls, and original (slanting) floorboards, but well stocked and with modern bathrooms and kitchen. There are some resulting oddities in an old house that's been updated, like the light switches for the living room being inside one of the bedrooms. The kids room appears to have been a covered porch that was converted to living space. Our 9 year old daughter felt a little exposed back there with all the windows, but it would probably be a good space if there were multiple kids to keep each other company. Our rental vehicle was a large 7 passenger SUV (GMC Acadia), and we were uncomfortable trying to park in the driveway as it didn't look like we would be able to open the doors once we parked. Plan on parking any large vehicle alongside the fence.Todd was a responsive host, proactively checking in on us to making sure that everything was going well.Overall, the house was a good place for our Flagstaff visit, and would be an especially good fit for someone who enjoys older, unique homes while staying close to downtown.

We were able to bundle them up in the strollers and get to so many places in walking distance. The place is an older home. We knew this going into it. Honestly I found it quite charming and so did everyone else. It felt more like you were in a cabin or something versus just something fancy up north. Unfortunately we did not get snow while we were there and none was on the ground but we still really enjoyed our time

This was a historic charming home in close proximity to downtown Flagstaff. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a quick weekend to get away from the heat of the Phoenix area and celebrate my birthday. We're repeat clients, we enjoy the charm and character of the crooked house as we've taken to calling it. Yard is fenced but not of an appropriate height for anything but very small dogs. Couch could use replacing, but other than that a great little place to stay in Flagstaff.
