Historic Downtown Bayfront New Home - Mins to Beach, Walk Downtown, Pool, Bikes

Fantastic home in a great location! Clean and spacious, plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the extras like shampoo and conditioner, body wash, dish soap, etc that the host provided- so nice to not have to pack or purchase all those items! Excellent communication from host throughout booking and stay. We have family in the area, and we are excited that we have found a wonderful place to stay when we visit!

The host was wonderful! I messed up on my end and missed the entry instructions and he was on it! Very pleased with his responsiveness.This is our second stay here and it's a lovely home in an awesome location. The most comfortable bed ever.The house was perfectly clean with nice amenities!

Absolutely beautiful home, located in the most beautiful, historical part of town! Close to everything, safe neighborhood and can walk to almost anything around! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the home was pretty! Definitely would recommend and would stay again! The hosts were responsive to all messages.

The place was really pretty. The only downfall is that all the construction that is going on all around the property. The worker park infront of the property.They begin working earlier than the times listed in the description. Not very peaceful when enjoying the porch.

We stayed here with our family as part of a destination wedding weekend for my niece. The wedding venue was Supposey and the house is just a short drive away! We loved being closer to the water at the end of a cul-de-sac. Plenty of shops and restaurants and shops walking distance. House is roomy, comfy and well-appointed with all you need and more! Hosts were communicative and we were even able to check in early to prepare for wedding festivities! Highly recommend! within walking distance

The property is downtown and close to the beach. It’s definitely convenient for a trip!

The location was amazing, it gave them access to walk anywhere they needed for restaurants, shopping, etc. And the Waterview was nice, too. We had an amazing stay, hosted a wonderful small gathering, and everyone that came said how much they loved the place. It was very, easy to do. The caterer even lives next-door. Huge kitchen, grate for entertaining, the only issue was that the downstairs didn't air condition very well, but that was a minimal thing.

Spent the night here in the beautiful charming home in an adorable neighborhood. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Check in was super easy . Great location if you’re wanting a night out and don’t want to have to drive . Close by to many amazing restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this home to anyone .

We have the BEST time at this home for our annual blue angels trip. The location is within walking distance to downtown, and the ferry that takes you to the beach. You can just park your car and never move it for your trip! Cannot say enough about this house, you won’t regret staying here!

We were in town for a dance competition at the Pensacla Bay Center. This property was absolutely PERFECT. We could walk or scooter to the Bay Center, it is convenient to the bridge to Pensacola Beach - which is also great btw! The community had the best food and shopping. I would absolutely go back.

Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Walkable distance to nightlife/restaurants/entertainment! Had plenty of supplies. House was very clean. Pool was an added bonus.
