If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    We loved the home and location! So easy to walk into downtown. The hot tub was awesome and very well maintained. The location of the trash bin was challenging to get to due to the snow. We had to shovel to reach it. Maybe placing it on the back deck would be helpful in snow. Would stay again ! Lovely time and easy check in/out! Thank you.

    This is a great location. You can walk to town or even to the gondola ( not in ski boots ). There is a bus top around the corner. The house is great but the layout of the house isn’t the best. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs but there is no bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Overall great stay. Their management company could do a better job. We had to contact them 3x to get the trash picked up after over 2 weeks of not picking any trash up. It was just piling up and no one would come get it. Also the back door lock was broken since we got there. We got locked out couple of times. I wish they would have fixed it before our arrival. We didn’t want to be bothered by a repair man.

    Amazing location, really spacious space. Kitchen is nice and well stocked, hot tub was well maintained, with gorgeous views. Not great with small kids (stairs with no gates, carpet under the kitchen table, white couch that could get easily stained at the kitchen table, tub wall is fixed so bathing small kids is quite hard), but great place otherwise.
