This was our second stay at this property. It’s perfectly charming, clean and comfortable. We love walking to restaurants and the quick highway access is great!
This space was top notch! Very clean, comfortable and we were able to make excellent use of the nespresso! We didn't plan too much in advance and based upon the suggestions from the host (guest book) we were within walking distance for good food, shopping and entertainment. When I next stay in St. Paul, this place is top of my list.
Loved it! Driveway was tight and I drive a small car. If you have a truck you will not fit through the driveway. But the place was awesome. Lots of character.
The location of this rental is perfect. It's immaculately clean and is very well supplied. All of the improvements to the property were done well with high quality materials and appliances. BUT there are two things you need to be aware of. Both are clearly mentioned in the description: 1. The driveway is VERY narrow with a block wall on one side and the house on the other. I could get through it with a Toyota 4Runner, but it's really snug. You might need to pull your mirrors in. Manage it and you'll be rewarded with really convenient off-street parking. 2. I found the futon-like couch in the living room to be unbelievably uncomfortable. They couches are exactly as they look in the photos. They have not misrepresented them in any way. Might be okay for kids or people who can sleep anywhere. 3. Ignore the part of the description that says 0+ bathrooms. There's a full bath with tub AND shower plus a convenient half bath in the entry.
The property was modern and in a great neighborhood. Accessible to food and entertainment within walking distance. I’ve stayed in many places in different t cities and this place got me in the details. Coffee, essential oils and the kitchen stocked. I could go on. My only complaint…..we didn’t stay longer.
Everything was delightful except maybe the tight driveway but we have a full sized SUV. After a couple trips down the driveway the trust level came up and all was good. The parking in back is generous, the house is super charming and well appointed and the location is great!! The property exceeded our expectations. We hope to stay here during future visits. Thank you for a flawless experience!
Have stayed here at least 4 times every time we stay in Saint Paul to visit our son. Love the location, it is so close to everything. Natasha was great, appreciate all you did for us on this interesting trip.
This is a great location for going to an event at the Xcel Center. Walking distance to good places to eat and drink.
This is a very comfortable home with built-in and owner-provided amenities. Comfortably sleeps four. Owner responds quickly to any inquiry. The neighborhood is great for many excellent restaurants 2-10 minutes away when one turns left out the front door and beautiful for its Victorian park and homes if one turns right out the front door. St. Paul landmarks like the Hill mansion, the St. Paul Hotel, the Cathedral, and Grand Avenue are also within walking distance or a short ride away. It’s also easy to get to Minneapolis, Dakota County, and other places via Shepard Road, I-35E, and other highways and through streets. What’s not to like?
We were disappointed with the laundry facilities this year. The dryer did not work throughout our stay. Otherwise the unit is wonderful. The location, off street parking and overall comfort level of our unit exceeded are expectations as last year.
