    House was just as advertised. And rental staff was very helpful with the few request we had. Very close to lift. Well stock house. Couldnt have been happier.

    Management was responsive and professional. Thanks Mat. Main floor bathroom needs upgrading/fixing. Sink is clogged. Nowhere to put toiletries. Master bedroom is dark and dated. Carpet is dirty. The place needed many things but we didn’t want to keep calling management (matches, or a lighter with fluid in it, a few rubber mats by the front door, tea towels in the kitchen) Consider a fresh bright paint job to lighten up the place.

    We loved our stay at Norfolk Dream. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Everything shared in the description is accurate and the reviews tell the full story. The location and property management were added benefits to the beautiful house. We have stayed in many homes and we have never experienced the attention to service provided at this house, It was above and beyond. Highly recommend a stay at Norfolk Dream.

    So much to say other than wonderful. 1. Location: In the heart of upper old town. Right above main street and minutes from Park City Mountain activity center. There is no better way to be within walking distance of food, recreation and fun. 2. Historic house with charm and character. Room lots of kids and adults. 3. Ample backyard with outdoor eating and spacious hot tub. 4. Huge finished basement which became entertainment HQ for the children. 5. Quiet nighttime neighborhood which allowed for rest and recuperation from the days activities. Dream holiday home we wish we could purchase. Thanks for hosting us. We’ll see you next year.

    The house was in Old Town and very close to all the restaurants and shops. It had a lovely back patio with a table and a hot tub which were perfect for morning coffee and relaxing at night. Lots of room for a big group.

    Our stay in Park City was great! The house is super cute and has great charm. There are a few positives but unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives for us (regarding the house). The positives are that the house is in an awesome location! We were able to walk to town and the town lift so easily. Everything was super close. The hot tub was a welcome nightly activity after a day of skiing. Laundry detergent was provided which was really nice and very much appreciated (washer and dryer are large which was great for my big family). The biggest negative I felt was that for the amount of money that we spent, the pots and pans were in horrible condition. There were very few of them and the ones that were there were falling apart, literally the handle was barely hanging on to the skillet making it really hard to cook with. The cooking utensils were in horrible condition and poor to cook with. There were no hot pads or dish towels. No extra garbage bags anywhere in the entire house. The backyard had snow but the outdoor furniture and summertime toys were unorganized and strewn all over the yard making it look trashy and unkempt. The lighting in the basement bathroom is incredibly poor. The shower light was not working which made showering in that bathroom very dark. Since the house is very old there are signs in every bathroom about the plumbing warning about potential charges for any plumbing damages. The main floor bathroom is not compatible with having bowel movements, it clogs very easily even when without using toilet paper. We were super excited to stay here because it was so cute online but unfortunately it didn't live up to what we expected.
