•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery.
•No pets are allowed at this property.
•Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (including the courtyard).
•Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, or plant care.
•For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25 per inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
•We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

    Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. Location is perfect to access many good restaurants just a short walk away. Don’t miss Sweet Cow for excellent ice cream!! We walked to the football stadium in 35 minutes.

    Good location, parking was problematic. Permit lost so lots of walking to and from the car blocks away. Very hot! Known heat issue with all the warnings and direction To Not Touch the Heater.

    I want to share a little bit about our stay at this location. The host was friendly and had a lot of hospitality for their guest. The room was perfect and comfy. The kitchen is adorable and suppled everything you may need to cook a nice meal or enjoy a relaxing glass of wine. I loved the provided fire place. It kept us nice and warm during our winter stay The bathroom was clean and nicely renovated. I have nothing bad to say about this rental. I highly recommend for the fact that you are close to a gym, restaurants, and not far from town!

    The location was exactly what we were looking for. Just a few blocks to our kids house and to restaurants. House was well furnished with and the large bathroom and walk in shower were great. The only disappointment was the Murphy bed it was not very comfortable. Needs a better mattress. It would also be nice to have had cushions on the metal patio chairs and also cushions on the rattan sofa.

    I stayed here for a solo mountain bike trip in the Rockies but it would comfortably fit a couple more individuals. This is a great location within walking distance of many restaurants/bars and also has easy access to the highways to be able to get where you want to in town. The people that live at the main house are very friendly and offered recommendations for places to eat and see, the same story with property management who would check in through text/email to make sure you’re enjoying your stay or need any help. When I’m back in Denver, I hope to stay here again due to the ease of access to the Denver metro and its many biking spots.

    The location of this VRBO is perfect. Within15-20 minutes of pretty much everywhere in the city. The highlands neighborhood has so many cute restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops within walking distance. The carriage house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again for another Denver visit
