Stayed Jul 10, 2025We have stayed in a lot of rentals, but this was by far the best-equipped kitchen we have ever seen. Full sets of pots, pans, casserole dishes plus food storage containers and mixing bowls. We were able to do all of our cooking for the family very easily. The rooms were very comfortable for everyone. The bathrooms were clean and had lots of towels for everyone. Access to the amenities at the KOA were wonderful. It was a big pool and lots of space for us to hang out. Adults and kids alike had fun on the jumpy pillow at the park. We also appreciated the pancake breakfasts on weekend mornings. What a great location overall.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Good refrigerator, good bedrooms, poor internet connection, poor lighting in dining room, great decks, great yard, fenced in backyard for dog, big kitchen, dryer didn’t dry clothes, bathrooms good. We had a great time!! Would stay again.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024I specifically searched for a house with a pool table, and it was falsely advertised as having a Pool table in the description n in the pictures. 2 of my guest bought their personal pool sticks with them. So disappointing and so unprofessional!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022We enjoyed our stay at the Booth House. We came for the proximity to our Uncles home in Shepherdstown but especially loved the large table where we could get 15 people for a big birthday dinner, the great backyard for can jam, the fire pit for s’mores, the hot tub that is so well maintained and so much more.
