The stay was great. Just a few small things but overall great
The property was very nice and laid out well with so many family members. The neighborhood could be a little better but we say the police runningpatrols regularly. We spent every night sitting out on the porch and it was very nice. The train was a little obnoxious but there was always a ton of cars for Cruisin the Coast so we understood. Overall we would stay here again location was perfect.
My family and I visited the property over the weekend. I was truly pleased by the home and the professionalism of the host. I would definitely recommend staying.
We enjoyed a great stay during a sailing regatta. The location was close to the yacht harbor and very well equipped to cook and serve team meals.
Great walking proximity to beach and casino. The home was ample in size, the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Parking was good. The house is historic but is in serious need of a kitchen renovation. Some rooms have spongy floorboards which should be addressed to maintain the integrity of the original floors.
Thank you for the stay at your house. These are a few things we found on our stay. Found dead roach in kitchen, no blender or hand mixer even though they have the blades for the hand mixer, not enough good towels for the amount of people we had staying, no privacy for the bunk bed room, ice maker is broken crack down middle of it, door handles fall off, sitting in kitchen and animal in kitchen ceiling scared us! House decor and privacy was great. Loved layout and parking.
Property was as advertised. Very close to train tracks which isn’t an issue unless a train goes through at 3am like it did to us 2 nights. Also the code to get into door is way too long. It was 7 or 8 digits.
We booked last minute for Cruisin’ the Coast, and were very pleased. The house was nice & clean, and everyone had their own space to relax. The neighborhood was a little sketchy upon arrival, but thankfully, there were no issues. The property owner was very helpful and was in touch with us to make sure that all was well. Definitely recommend!
Plenty of rooms, good location as far as beach access and restaurants, but... both properties adjoining this are terribly run down. Property to the left looks nothing like the picture. It is awful. Also, trains go by very frequently. The horns are loud. The big kitchen is nice, but had issues with the ice maker and no wine glasses or shot glasses. Tvs are plentiful, but could not get the weather channel. Since we evacuated from the hurricane we really wanted that. Backyard had good space, fenced yard and we enjoyed playing cornhole, but there was a greenish sticky sap from the landscape timbers that got on our shoes and in the dogs feet and fur. Very hard to get out. Despite those issues, we had an overall good experience. It would be helpful to have a book with instructions for tv and restaurant suggestions. Oh, and no pen/pencil to sign your guest book.
We had the opportunity to walk on the beach, gamble at a smoke-free casino just two blocks away and great food within a 5 minute walk as well. This home was the perfect vacation rental!
Was a cute house close to the beach.
I will rent again
We traveled with three families, including my family, my sisters family and my parents. We had 12 people in the house, from 8 months to 65 and we had enough space to not only move around, but have family time. The house was about 3-5 mins from the beach and close to wal mart and other places, including restaurants. The back yard was nice and gave us a place to relax as a family. We will definitely be returning!
Everybody loved the house. Enough room for everybody. Clean and well kept. Exactly as advertised.
I will definitely stay here again. It was perfect
We enjoyed this house will definitely stay again if we come back to MS.
We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every bit of it! Literally can see the beach from the house.
