This is a historic 3/2 with a back patio and a screened in, outdoor cooking and dining area. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is also very walkable. It is less than a mile from many restaurants, a Publix and a Starbucks. This house is close to many central Florida attractions: Disney - 39 miles, Legoland - 20 miles, Downtown Orlando - 50 miles. It is about an hour and a half from some of the best beaches in Florida, including Clearwater and St. Pete

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This house has an old, comfortable, very familiar vibe - like staying at Grandma's house. Unfortunately, it also has an old smell. Nice neighborhood, though, and I loved having a washer and dryer.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Cute 1920s bungalow, we came to town for Little League Allstars State championship game weekend. We mainly were at the ball fields during the day, but enjoyed the evenings in a nice quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the Instructions book. Thank you

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We stayed here last year and loved it then, loved it again. Spacious and has everything we need, within walking distance of a Publix shopping center. The host is very responsive. Will definitely stay here again next year if it is available.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Nice neighborhood close to RESTURANT’s and shopping. Only stayed two nights it was comfortable for us and our two older pups. Only negative has kitchen pots and pans needed a good washing or replacement and bathroom shower tile very moldy. We had no other issues and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Great house. Lots of charm and character, in a quiet community. Convenient to everything in Lakeland that vacationers would need. Owners have gone all out to furnish house with every amenity. Plan to go back here next year.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025King bedroom, bed was so high I had to take chair from dinning room so I could get in it. Have a bad hip so was not easy. My granddaughter scrubbed the bathroom walls down. Was something running down walls. I scrubbed down the dinning room wall. Pop had been sprayed on the wall, and never cleaned. We did like the location. Was very convenient to everything. Dog poop was left in the back yard. Stepped in it several times.

Stayed Oct 30, 2024Very nice and clean rental. It came well stocked with amenities and has everything you need for a short to extended stay. Was very convenient to all shopping and activities in the Lakeland area. Thanks to the host for a nice cozy place to stay.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024P property fine, however, the outdoor steps are uneven and needs a handrail. I fell and fractured my elbow.

Stayed May 31, 2024House was fine just not clean. Got told cleaners were running late and that was fine cause so was i, but with them coming late i thought house was going to be spick and span but sheets on master were not cleaned (had leftover hair) towels in master were not cleaned (dirty stains) and seen a few pest (cockroaches). Other than those few the stay was fine.
