We had a great time in this old house, which has been updated and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The yard is great, the shed is well stocked with leisure items, both for the beach and for kids in the yard. The kitchen is stocked for anything you might want to prepare, and there is a great dining table for everyone to gather around. The one warning is that the stairs to the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are quite steep. But we all had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful, warmly welcoming home.

We had a great time staying at Andrea's house. There was plenty of room for our group both inside and out. Perfect location with many Cape destinations in easy reach. Our hosts were thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Charming old cape updated appropriately to keep a large family happy! If those old pine floor boards could talk, what might they say? Perhaps they'd tell us to walk to either of three good beaches or to eat at Kate's or to wonder by the Brewster Store? Maybe to throw the baseball in the yard or roast some marshmallows? Bottom line this is a great place for a relaxing Cape Cod holiday!

The house and location was everything we had hoped it would be. It was charming staying in a house built in the 18th century yet still having plenty of modern amenities. We had three families with 10 total guests and there was plenty of room for all of us. The covered deck was lovely to enjoy morning coffee as well as evening cocktails. Having a central location made traveling to Provincetown, National Seashore, Chatham, Martha Vineyard, as well as many other local beaches a snap. Communicating with Andrea was so easy with quick response times. She gave us all the information we needed when we needed it. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your piece of history!

Unique property in a great location on the Cape. Great for families of 6 or more. Modernized old house with neat interior. Every appliance and accessory needed was provided. Great cleaners, everything was spotless, a 4/5 star hotel upon check-in. Only improvements would be a dishwasher and trash cleanup for recyclables. We would love to come back!
