Stayed Aug 20, 2025In the heat, without screens, too many bugs. The top floor collects heat. Location is great and home is well set up for a family to stay.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The property was in a great neighborhood w/in walking distance to Lincoln & Yampa streets & shops. The check-in process was a terrible experience as the person I spoke w/was not pleasant or informed of the property. They also gave us the incorrect house keys. We had to drive back to the office to get the correct keys. Broken window screens, worn out dishes & pots/pans, uncomfortable beds & bedding. Very worn out property for the amount we paid for our stay. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this property.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024The check in process keys at 4 office closed at 5 permits the renter no easy recourse when a property is sub par Dark, worn linens, with uncomfortable beds Couch worn and at least one section is broken Wasps in the hot tub NO large towels for the hot tub In general Shabby!

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Seventh Heaven in Steamboat. It is really well-located -- an easy walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. The house is charming, with lots of space and ample bedrooms for a good-sized group. Would happily stay there again.
