Very spacious but problem with the electricity

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this rental property! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The space was well-maintained, and had thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home.The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, local attractions, and not one but four beaches but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free beach getaway. This house perfectly accommodated our large, multi-aged family. It was nice having a pool and the extra fridge was so helpful!This was our first trip to Hilton Head. Traffic getting on the island on Saturday afternoon is CRAZY. Reminded me of the main drag in Panama City. Once there, the abundance of parks and trails made the area perfectly navigable by bike or on foot. This house is not far from the beach, but there is a golf cart shuttle that picks you up and brings you back. Made it MUCH easier with the littles in our group. If you are new to the island, bikes are a must. Go ahead and rent them. You’ll be grateful you did.

We had a very nice stay at this vacation home. It was very roomy for our family and the area was very nice. We enjoyed the area and would stay again!

Nice location, in the middle of island. House was large enough for big family to spread out with plenty of beds and hangout space. Walkable to beach about 3/4 mile away or golf cart service. Private backyard pool nice for kids to be entertained but overall backyard grilling and lounge space needs some cleanup / landscaping. Bedroom setups were nice but kitchen lacking updated accessories and larger pots and pans for cooking. Overall a nice play to stay and we had a great time.

House was nice size and location was great. Needs updating. Kitchen under stocked had to go buy pans to make food for 13. Disappointed once we got there. The shuttle was great to the beach.

Overall, it was an ok property. It could use some updates and the beach is a 3/4 mile walk from the house. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything from checkin to checkout was fantastic. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and there were zero issues with our stay. I highly recommend this property and would happily come back. 5 stars!

We have been going to Hilton Head for 32 years. This house is by far the worst we have ever stayed in during that time. Carpet was stained and dirty, couches had multiple stains on them. No dressers in any rooms. Toilet paper holder in one room ripped off wall and shower in master didn’t drain. The furnishings looked like they came from thrift store. Lights in master were burned out. Beware!!!

This house and the community is gorgeous! It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the home had beach chairs/umbrellas we could use. It’s a great size and the rooms were clean. Definitely enough room for our 15 guests. The property manager was very attentive and available for any assistance. Just a few notes (and these didn’t ruin our trip or anything) The pool area was nice but we couldn’t find the pool cleaner. The downstairs bathroom light didn’t work, the large suit jacuzzi tub didn’t turn on, we had some issues pressing down the buttons on the stove display and lastly, if you wanted to watch spectrum (live tv) in your room, it required a code that you don’t have access to. The living room TV did have access. Overall, we would book again. No bad experiences. We know how to have fun regardless!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house in Hilton Head, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated home that was the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

We had my 40th Birthday weekend golf trip here and it was perfect for our group of 10 adult men. We were specifically looking for a place that could accommodate everyone without bunk beds, and this place was exactly what we needed. There were a couple of small issues, like the buttons on the oven not working (which only allowed us to set it to 350 degrees) and the bathroom downstairs not having a working light. However, these were minor inconveniences and didn't affect our overall stay. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a fun and memorable trip. Highly recommend!

House was perfect. Fit everyone comfortably. Had 13 people, 10 players and 3 coaches. Everything needed was at the house ready to go. Check in was cake. The walk to the beach is just the right amount to get you moving but not be too far where you’re tired when you get there. Close to a lot of places (Kroger, golf, shopping) would definitely go back!

Overall it was a nice place. My family and I enjoyed the beach and being together. However there were just a few things that were not great. One is the parking, it says it can fit 6 cars in total, 2 in the garage and three in the driveway. This was not accurate for the driveway. Second the air conditioner was broken on the second floor, which made it very uncomfortable for family members sleeping up stairs. Lastly, some of the kitchen cutlery and items were either broken or in bad condition, making them unusable. Besides those things it was a nice place and we had a great time.

The location of this property was close to the beach and shopping. The property itself was disappointing. The backyard consists of dead landscaping and dirt. The interior of the house had a nice layout, however the upkeep was poor. There were large stains on the carpet, dead bugs in closets, live Palmetto bugs (a form of roach) throughout the house. The basement ceiling fan was loud enough to be heard upstairs. We expected a cleaner house for the amount spent for a weeks stay.

Overall, the property was great. As advertised. Plenty of space. Good location on the island. The house and location are definitely not for older or mobility challenged. The walk to the beach, even after driving and parking is long. We loved having our own pool but the backyard is completely dead and not inviting. Seemed like maybe the owner hasn't been there in a while. Lots of little things, like the lightbulbs in the kitchen stairs to the basement were burned out. Lots of touch up paint needed. Some light covers missing. Some dressers or drawer units in closets would be helpful. We are a large family, from 8-80yrs old, easygoing and casual so the house worked well for us overall. We had a fun vacation and made great memories.

House was beautiful and mostly sufficient for our family vacation. Convenient location to shopping not close to beach but nice walking trails. Gated community is very nice. Beach access was easy once we got there. House is meant for a vacation rental not a home away from home. No keurig and very basic cookware. Pool area is different from pictures. Not maintained but pool was clean. Grill didn’t work or propane tank needed to be filled. Furnishings were sparse but mostly adequate.
