Hilton Head Beach Club - 3 Bedroom w/ a Private Patio!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place had what we wanted- 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room connected, 2 bathrooms and a short walk to the beach. And I understand that places in the beach are high turnover rate and our place was done by 1-2 PM. But maybe spend the extra time cleaning behind couch, tvs, baseboards, etc. The first or second night AND the last night there we saw a cockroach. Several bugs were seen inside the premise regularly. The WiFi was very slow and someone with us said their phone said the WiFi was unsecure. The dining room chairs were pretty dirty.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in check out process and good communication. Clean and ready when promised. Easy walk to beach. We loved our credit with VayK Life that helped us out with bike rentals for the family which was a HUGE hit all week with the kids. Only wish there was a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us. Would stay again!

The rental is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which feels much longer when towing a beach cart and walking in dry sand. The unit smelled musty when we arrived but Seashore Vacations brought us an ozone generator right away when I told them about the smell. The courtyard is really nice for storing beach gear and for kids to play in.

Location was great and Hilton Head is great. Can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Place wasn’t as clean as I thought was expecting. Not sure if the kitchen was even swept. Place smells a little musty. Could also use some upgrading. Fridge also leaks. Overall we had a fun trip.

There was plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. We had stayed in a similar unit in previous years and it was as expected. A little older and dated but clean and well maintained. There were same issues with doors that would stay open or latch closed when needed. Unfortunately we were there during a tropical storm so we spent a mot of time in the unit. Communication from management was great and we never lost power.

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it!! It's a great size and has everything you would need. It's also in a perfect location near the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!
