The people at the pet hospital is rude they wake us up at 7:30/8:00am talking about a smoke smell. And we was smelling it to. But because we was the only African American people there they woke us up. The T.V didn’t work and the dryer wouldn’t start. I call hotline 3 times… not response. The women above us was nice. But other then that had a great time with my stay.
This location is 15 or so minutes away from downtown. Wonderful location near many restaurants including target. The problem I had with the space was see-through blinds.
Great
The property is spacious and nicely appointed. But the new fridge did not seem to work. The freezer was fine, but the ridge would not keep anything cold. It also was extremely cold in Nashville while I was there and the heat pumps for this place weren’t working effectively. There was no other heat source. I used the electric oven for some extra heat. Overall the place is very nice. Needs a few things addressed to be great.
The place was very cute unfortunately there was a bit of a sticky mess left behind and not much help getting that fixed.
They have some things to fix and work on their communication. I saw the first review two weeks before my stay and I called them to raise my concern that those problems were being addressed. I was told by Grand Welcome that they had communicated with the local team and that those complaints had been fixed. The initial complaints were that the entry code didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, the TV in the bedroom didn't work. When I got there I also had trouble with the entry code. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone and get a new code. But the refrigerator did not work. I tried setting it the way they instructed and it never turned on. Just the freezer worked. The TV in the bedroom did not work. But what really pissed me off is that after washing my clothes the dryer didn't work at all either. Another note. The flimsy coverings they used on the window were completely see through at night time. So if someone is standing outside the unit and there is a light on in the bedroom, that person can see everything going on in the bedroom. I had to put up some sheets for privacy. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication from the local team. I left them a message a week before my stay to ask if I could mail something to the unit and they never got back to me. They also did not get back to me initially when I tried contacting them once I was there. It wasn't until I left them a VM with a few choice words that they started texting me. Eventually they moved me to a different unit on about the 3rd or 4th day. But let me say some things about the place itself. The set up is a little strange in the you walk into the bedroom. It's not a big deal other than the flimsy window coverings. To get to the main living room you have to go down a few steps and go through an entry way. It should be noted that if you are tall over 5'9 you will have to duck at the entry way or you will smack your face. So being that the bathroom is located downstairs you need to remember this if you wake up in the middle of the night and walk down there to use it. The living room itself is pretty awesome. It is a huge space with a huge flat screen tv and the kitchen counter space is also spacious. The bathroom is small but at least the shower worked. But that living room is a great Man Cave. Oh one las thing. Bed sheets had a clump of hair inside. Gross. I also got bites on my arms. Not sure if that was from fleas or what. I was just happy to transfer units.
really upset with this I chose this option Instead of a hotel for the convenience and between the TV in the bedroom not working and some of the furniture broken and the refrigerator not working I was also give wrong lock code it has been a waste of my money
