Stayed May 22, 2025This is a basement unit with lots of space and many accommodations. Host was also very accommodating. Note, be sure to request WiFi upon arrival as cell service is intermittent in the basement areas.

Stayed May 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment in the Hilltop neighborhood. Walkable and bike friendly, plenty of street parking. It's walking distance to a Trader Joe's. The unit was well-supplied and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Would definitely consider a return visit!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025While visiting family in Crest-moor/Hilltop and Cherry Creek neighborhoods in Denver, we were fortunate to find this lovely daylight basement rental for the two of us.The accommodations are perfect for a couple in every way! The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything that might need, and the home is located in a safe and lovely older neighborhood. The owners have furnished this unit thoughtfully, including upscale towels and bedding, in addition to extra toothbrushes and razors if needed by the guests. We found the rental to be immaculate and very clean and well cared for.The management company communicated well and graciously from our first contact throughout our stay.Parking is readily available on the street adjacent to the home, and the rental is minutes from shopping and all amenities one might need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe enough to stroll through the tree-lined streets at any time.

Stayed Nov 12, 2024This is a very cozy garden level unit in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters and the Denver Botanic Gardens, if you are up for a good walk. Both the owner and the management company were very responsive and wanted us to enjoy our stay.
