Stayed Jun 13, 2025Myself and two young adult children had the nicest time for our annual Father's Day weekend getaway. The home is well appointed with both covered and uncovered porches with wide views of the ocean. 10 minute drive to the town and ferry. They even have a private beach and it's only a 5 minute walk down your private stairs. They can't control the weather, but if you want a serene , private stay without neighbors yelling all night..... look no further.

Stayed Aug 23, 2020This property was very peaceful and relaxing. It was clean and comfortable, well-stocked with necessary kitchen items, comfortable beds and linens and lovely expansive views from the main living areas and deck. It’s rustic and old-fashioned, but very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch for family dining.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our time here was magical. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and gorgeous views of Vineyard Sound. We enjoyed the hypnotic beauty of daily sunsets from the deck, cocktails in hand. The house is comfortable and well stocked, especially for lobster dinners. Carrie is an excellent host and was very responsive and helpful with any questions/requests we had for her. Overall, our time here was the perfect balm to the stresses of everyday life. This is a beach lovers paradise.
