The property was gorgeous. The owner was amazing with communication. The area was breathtaking. The most relaxing vacation that my family and I have had in a very long time. Would recommend 10/10!
The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Our family of 12 had plenty of room and enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. The owners were easy to work with and made sure we had a great experience. Many wonderful family memories were made over this Thanksgiving holiday.
The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us! The multiple living areas, including wrap around porch let us hangout and enjoy the perfect weather! Dan was a great a host and quickly responded to any questions I had. He gave great recommendations for the surrounding area as well! Would definitely go back and highly recommend to other!
I rented the house for a week with family and friends. It was well-stocked and very clean. The owner was every responsive and helpful with the AC temperature, hiking ideas, and hot tub directions. I hope to be back next summer!
We enjoyed our stay in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We hiked every day, typically driving 20-60 minutes to get to different hikes. The home is situated on the mountains with a beautiful view, we did not have a 4WD but were not there in the snow, I would imagine you would want 4WD in the winter. The home was clean with comfortable beds and pillows and many supplies including towels, coffee, hot cocoa, soap and cleaning supplies if needed to name a few. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. There is a beautiful screened in porch which we didn't use much but I can imagine in the summer it would be lovely. The hot tub was a nice bonus. There was plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The kids played pool and there were other fun games we used. When we arrived the main floor toilet was not working properly, the plunger was broken off so to flush we needed to replace the plunger every time. This was ok for the adults but more challenging for the kids. We asked it be fixed but it was not fixed while we were there. I am sure they resolved the problem after we left. I would recommend staying at this beautiful home, the owners have but so many details into the beauty and comfort for their guests.
What a great property! Lots of space for family to break off for games downstairs and a quiet puzzle upstairs. Didn’t try the hot tub but it looked great. Older parents were very comfortable in primary suite, while kids were on the main and mom and dad in the basement. Easy to get to Sapphire and Cashiers restaurants and explore the waterfalls. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful house that is very well stocked with linens, towels, cooking utensils and spices. Beds were very comfortable. We were 4 adults and 7 kids ages 4-15. House is in a great location close to hiking, Cashiers and Highlands. Would definitely rent again!!
Amazing cabin with cozy home vibes! Very clean and accommodating for our big families. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery, weather and skiing. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to disconnect and spend quality time with loved ones.
The house had plenty of space for my family. The furniture was modern and comfy and the kitchen had everything you need. Nice, quiet setting in Sapphire. I’d recommend.
