This beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
The master bedroom features a luxurious Super King bed with its own private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom includes two SingleXL beds that can be configured as another Super King on request.
With a spacious main bathroom, a fully equipped laundry including washing machine and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout, you will feel at home as soon as you step through the door.
The spacious and modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, flowing effortlessly into the welcoming, light-filled living area and out to a large outdoor entertaining space.
Fire up the Weber BBQ and enjoy relaxed meals outside while soaking in the stunning scenic views of the surrounding hills.
With great indoor-outdoor flow and a fully fenced yard, it's ideal for unwinding in privacy and style.
You'll enjoy plenty of off-street parking and turning space — perfect if you're bringing a boat — and despite the tranquil setting, you're only a 5-minute drive to Whangamatā Beach, the town centre, boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants.

There is an air-conditioning unit/heat-pump in the main living area, and additional heaters in the bedrooms. The fire-place is not operational – however, the house is double-glazed and well-insulated, keeping you comfortable no matter the season.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Super-King Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x King-Single Beds - these can be made together as 1x Super-King.
*If you require the 2 King-Singles made as 1x Super-King, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.


House Rules and Information

Parking: Plenty of off street parking, including boat parking.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home, or facing the outdoor entertaining area.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away. Rubbish must be neatly bagged, and BBQ must be left clean

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
