This inviting residence boasts four spacious bedrooms, offering a delightful stay for up to 10 guests.

Each room exudes luxury with large windows framing breathtaking views. The master suite, featuring a California king-sized bed, captures panoramic vistas of the valley and Sierra Mountains. Two cozy bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, equipped with sliding full mirror wardrobes for both style and functionality. The final bedroom, with 2 twin beds and a pull-out futon, offers a flexible sleeping arrangement, ensuring a restful night for any guest.


Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. The master bathroom provides a relaxing jetted bathtub, shower, toilet, and a spacious bathroom vanity. The shared second bathroom features a convenient shower, toilet, and a fully equipped wash basin. Complimentary amenities, including washcloths, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer, add a touch of comfort to your stay.


The well-lit kitchen features wood cabinets, and is equipped with a two-door refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel oven, stove, water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, barbecue utensils, and a dishwasher.

We also offer a sunlit dining area with an 8-seat table (expandable to 10 with small wall table that seats 2). There's also a view of the lake from the dining table.


Indulge in luxury and leisure within this exquisite living space. The inviting billiard room, adorned with two large-screen TV and plush recliners, promises ultimate relaxation. Seamlessly connect to the stylish bar area, providing a perfect spot for enjoying a drink with a captivating view of the picturesque Brite Lake. On the other side, the patio beckons, offering a front-row seat to the enchanting South Tehachapi mountains. Indulge in culinary delights with a Pit Boss grill on the covered deck, and during winter, unwind in the hot tub —a perfect retreat from the cold.

A bird's-eye view reveals the home gracing Brite Lake. Convenient covered parking shields your car from the elements, and the porte-Cochere invites intimate moments with morning coffee or meals overlooking the lake. An outdoor swing under a tree invites you to savor the fresh air. Your escape to nature awaits.


●The driveways (both ingress and egress) are long, curvy and steep. Anyone driving a motorhome or towing long trailers will need to check with me first for special instructions and permission to come up or go down.

●Weather and vehicle length both need to be considered before arriving due to possible hazards.

●Plenty of room to park at the bottom of the property, but there will be an extra fee of $28 will be collected if you decide to sleep in an RV or Trailer, please contact me for more details.

●The over night house price is for 10 guests only. With advanced permission it is $35 dollars extra per person. Events of any kind are extra as well. Please run them past me before renting the home.

●I also recommend to anyone placing a reservation to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking, in the case of a cancellation, due to either a personal emergency or major weather events and road closures.
