This is the second time we stayed here. Great stay! Great communication with owner. Prompt responses. It was as advertised - very clean, equipped kitchen and awesome location to walk to the game and get to things off MLK Blvd.

Great location, very clean & nice decor

We were in Fayetteville for Pilates training and we love this location. It’s our second stay at the Hillside Haven. We felt safe and were very comfortable. We’d highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed staying here when we went to pick our daughter up from UofA. Perfect location and a beautiful and clean home. Plenty of room for us and our other two kids.

Very nice place to stay and comfortable bed. The place had all you could need for a quick weekend getaway. Only recommendation would be a full length mirror in the rooms to see your outfit. Look forward to booking again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late March. The property owner was great about communicating all of the needed information. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and a Walmart. There was a fair amount of noise from the neighborhood but overall great!!

Easy walk to any stadium in good neighborhood. Easy parking and plenty of room.

This property perfectly suited our needs. We had a bachelor party over the weekend for my brother. The fridge was big enough to fit all our food, the oven cooked our pizza, and we could hook up to the TV with one of my HDMI cords. The listing states it sleeps 5, however, one of us had to sleep on the couch. There is only one parking spot designated for this unit and not many undesignated spots, so I would try to lower the number of vehicles you bring as much as possible. I will definitely be staying here next time I need a place in Fayetteville.

This was a beautiful, clean property in a safe and fairly quiet location, even though very near the university. It was great.
