Stayed Feb 27, 2025The Dandelion was perfect! Our stay was only 2 nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very new and clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a bathroom and a half and if we had an extended stay we would have appreciated having the full size washer and dryer. The only cooking we did was to make breakfast with the delicious fresh eggs left by the owner in the fridge from their hens. There appears to be plenty of cookware and utensils for other cooking. There’s a crockpot, blender and toaster available. Of note, there’s no dishwasher. Even though the cottage is on the same property as the main house, we had no concerns about privacy. We would definitely recommend the Dandelion and stay there again ourselves.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This was such a lovely, quiet, and comfortable house. I loved seeing the chickens in the yard. The birdsong in the morning was so relaxing. The added comforts of a stocked spice cabinet, fresh eggs, and cold beer glasses in the freezer were much appreciated. The distance to the downtown area was walkable. I would definitely recommend this spot!
