Stayed Dec 29, 2025Wonderful place to stay! Has everything you would ever need and super close to outlet mall, groceries and dining. So many options for skiing within 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 3, 2025This home was in the perfect location for exploring all of summit county. The backyard was full of snow in February and provided ample room for the kids to play during the day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023Property was in an accessible location, yet was very quiet. Very nice being just a few steps away from the trout pond, where our son-in-law and granddaughters fished every day. All the beds had good mattresses, which is an important factor for us. Kitchen very serviceable. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022Felt like home the moment we arrived, and made it really hard to leave! Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. This home was centrally located, close to food, shopping, groceries and had everything you needed to have the perfect vacation in the mountains. The only problem we had was a broken blind in one of the bedrooms that management responded to promptly the first day, but wasn’t able to get fixed during our stay. So one of our guests was stuck waking with the sun each morning. Despite that we had a great time. We are definitely planning another trip back soon!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and clean. It was conveniently located to shopping and close to several mountains. We especially enjoyed the pond and biking/walking paths all over the neighborhood. We would definitely rent here again.
