Perfect for family reunions or multiple families looking to get away for the perfect ski vacation.

MAIN LEVEL Bedroom 1- on main floor with queen bed and full size bathroom right outside of this bedroom (sleeps 2);



UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 2 - on upper level with a king bed and attached full bath (sleeps 2);



Den - Off of bedroom 2 there is a sitting room (bonus sleeping area that closes to both the master and the game room - a door on each side) with a queen pull out and a twin pullout (sleeps 3);



UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 3 - second primary bedroom with a king size bed and attached full size bath (sleeps 2);



LOWER LEVEL Bedroom 4 - queen bed and a queen/twin bunk (it is a very large room) there is a very large full size attached bathroom attached to this bedroom (sleeps 5);



Bonus Room - This bonus room has two twin size beds (sleeps 2).



Extra Sleeping: There is a TV room on the lower level with a queen size pull out bed and a half bath is off of this room (sleeps 2)

The Neighborhood:

This is an exclusive Breckenridge neighborhood located just a mile from Main St Breckenridge. The neighborhood boasts large lots and luxury homes. You will be surrounded by beauty in every direction. The home is also located within a 5 minute drive to Breckenridge Main St and gondola parking.  There is parking for two cars in the garage and three to four more outside of the garage. RV or trailer parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. The HOA is very strict about this policy. One pet possible with prior approval and pet fee paid.



Getting Around:

Convenient Transportation: During ski season, enjoy personal VIP shuttle service with an 11-person passenger van. Schedule rides in advance with Plan B Transportation (contact details in check-in instructions) for the ski area base. They also offer last-minute pickups, though wait times may vary. In the summer, explore the area with a bike, or drive to nearby attractions within minutes. For VIP Shuttle Basics: Be ready on time! The driver will only wait for 3 minutes. Call 970.453.9010 OPTION 2 to schedule or reserve in town shuttle. Maximum of 4 rides per day. During peak times, guest will be allowed 1 ride between the hours of 8:00am- 10:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm. Guests are allowed to book three days in advance with a maximum of 2 consecutive days pre-planned. Guests staying at any of the contacted homes who would like extended service outside the operating hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm, receive a reduced rate of $75.00 per hour (min. 2 hrs.).



Other Things to Note:

One pet possible with approval and $250 one time pet fee paid. Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. As a professional property manager, we strive to make staying with us as easy and hassle-free as staying in a hotel. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. We’re here to make your stay perfect!  Exterior Security Cameras in place. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.

Interaction with Guests:

Front and back entry with mud room, oversized TREX deck, additional expansive flagstone patio, hot tub, fire pit, and heated walkway thru professionally landscaped yard. Plenty of premium outdoor space which can be utilized during both winter and summer months. A game room with shuffleboard and card table complete the experience.  No pets allowed unless previously approved by the manager and a pet fee is paid. If approved, one pet is possible. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions.

    12 guys stayed three days and skied. Place is great. Stove top is induction unit so you have to pay attention as you cook. House is set up to accommodate a large group. We will rent this again

    The house was fantastic. Close enough to town but just outside the congestion. My only complaint that's not really a complaint would be, good luck figuring out all the light switches :)

    Our family - including adult kids, a dog and a baby had a great time. The view was amazing from the huge deck and hot tub. There was a beautiful walking path right from the back yard. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out.

    Our family of 12 stayed here for 13 nights. The house was perfect for our family! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The property host was amazing and responded almost instantly to any questions we had. This home is well stocked close to Main Street and we would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the trail behind the house! It was a wonderful vacation!

    We enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful house! It was perfectly situated allowing for gorgeous mountain views from indoors, & outdoors! We loved being out on the deck & under the stars in the hot tub at night. We often saw wildlife in the neighborhood & yard. There are convenient hiking trails right off the property. The house was gorgeous, roomy, and very comfortable. There are enough bathrooms for everyone to share. The kitchen is big- with lots of counter space and well stocked for cooking. We were grateful for the extra fridge in the garage with our large group cooking. The washer and dryer were handy, as we had all kinds of weather. The fireplaces were nice when it was chilly. The ample seating in the living room made for good movie nights. The location can't be beat- as there is privacy, as well as close convenience to town. The property manager J.T. is very professional, and responsive. He communicated well- and even provided a much needed baby item! We were blessed by the wonderful experience of staying here! We hope to return soon, and often.
