Stayed Aug 10, 2024We spent a week here while visiting our daughter who is a sophomore at BSU. We all had a great time. The house was clean and perfect for our family of 4 (daughter stayed at her place) and two dogs. The pool was a hit for our teens and the reason we stayed here. Perfect!

Stayed Aug 13, 2022We had a nice visit with family in the home, even though we didn't stay in there much. It was the most basic rental we have stayed at, zero spices, condiments, limited kitchen wares, etc. Overall a pleasant stay except for the the AC that couldn't cool the house efficiently. I think the lowest we got the AC was 70° even when it was colder at night outside. Master bedroom bed is very soft. House is supposed to sleep 10 yet there aren't enough of anything for 10. Seating on the couch is for 5 max, rather small couch given the occupancy. Living room is decent sized for additional seating.

Stayed Jul 19, 2022We came for a baseball tournament at Settlers park, location was great! AC didn’t work the first night and it was hot and uncomfortable. We had 10 people, a mix of adults and kids. Bedrooms all upstairs which was nice. Living area pretty small for that many people. Couch only seats 5. Could have used more kitchen ware, not enough plates and silverware for 10 people. Very limited cookware and food storage and preparation items. Pool was just a few houses down and was great.

Stayed Jun 23, 2022My family stayed here for a wedding. I am originally from the Boise area but had too many family members from out of town to stay with family. Our stay was short but the house was very clean and the location was great. We had no problems with check in. We didn't have to contact owners because everything we needed was there and our stay was very comfortable. If you are looking at this property, don't hesitate to book.
