LOCATION – Located just north of Breckenridge off of Highway 9, this beautiful property offers a great location with convenient access to Breckenridge and all of Summit County. The complex offers a complimentary shuttle service during the winter season to the town and the slopes of Breckenridge. For the golfers of the group, the Breckenridge Golf Course is across the street and for the hikers of the group, there are endless trails right out the back door!

AMENITIES -- High, vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass deck doors fill this home's main level with abundant natural light. Guests in this home will love the rustic and cozy ambiance and will feel right at home in the main living area. This space features plush furnishings, a relaxing gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television. The nearby kitchen boasts granite countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. This level also boasts a spacious den area that can double as a bedroom with its comfy queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television, and French doors with optional privacy shades.     Great home, well laid out, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for skiing anywhere in the area. Well stocked kitchen (dishes, tools, a few leftover spices, etc.), good hot tub, comfortable rooms, good kitchen/dining/living room. Office has a monitor if you need to plug in and work a bit.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Highland Green! The location and property was very nice! Hot tub was nice and clean and hot!! The bunk bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable for an adult but everything else was wonderful! Would def stay again!

    This place was right next to Frisco and Breckenridge. The properly gave us access to nearby areas, a large space, plenty of bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and a hot tub! We all really loved the space had a wonderful time!

    I wanted to love this place. We did love the hot tub. The beds in the rooms were decent. However, there were 4 things that took away from enjoying this place. 1. It is advertised for 10 people, and only 8 can sleep comfortably. The sofa bed in the family area downstairs is lumpy and extremely uncomfortable for adults, I am not even sure it would be ok for children. 2. The squeaking upstairs omg! It was so LOUD! It would literally wake up everyone upstairs anytime ANYONE had to use the restroom in the middle of the night. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and I woke up ALL night long as there were 6 of us sharing the upstairs bathroom. 3. The bunk room gets extremely hot and the last night we finally opened the window in that room and those staying in that room said they finally got decent sleep with the window open. The family area downstairs with the sleeper sofa gets extremely cold, and the adult sleeping there froze, however there were heaters in the closet that I wish we had discovered earlier on in our stay but that was our error. 4. One last complaint: the garage is VERY tight for 2 cars and there are bikes in there (chained together so you couldn't move them) making it even harder for 2 cars to fit. We had to wiggle the cars in there like tetris and could not hardly walk between the two cars once parked. We had to pull a car out to open the car doors. They need to get rid of the bikes. That would help a lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The families of my sister and me travel to Colorado yearly for some summer mountain hiking. This year we stayed in Highland Greens because of its proximity to some of the trails, the town and for its amenities. We did three trails (including the first 14er for my sister's family) and biked around Lake Dillon in the mornings and spent the afternoons in and around the townhome. It was fantastic and would highly recommend it.
