The home is comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a few nights to see Darius Rucker live at the garden and for a day at Graceland. Getting in and out with the smart lock was so convenient and easy. The privacy fence in the backyard was perfect for the dogs to also feel at home during our stay. The home was also super easy to find.

Our trip was amazing. I told my mother-in-law for a doctors visit with a specialist in the area due to her vision issues. She felt extremely comfortable in the home and the park across the street was a treat for her to hear the children playing in the afternoons. During our stay we got a call that another family member with a high risk pregnancy had to be admitted for an emergency C-section in another state. We cut our trip short and the host (Nicole) was gracious and refunded our last nights stay. This house is definitely a re-do for us when we return to the area.

We stayed here for a Memorial Day vacation. We are a family of 5 with a 10 year old and 7 year old twins. The location was great and it was close to everything. The house was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was great. She responded quickly and offered solutions. The soccer field across the street was full on Saturday and Sunday. It wasn’t loud though and we actually liked watching them play. We had everything we needed. If you need a nice place to stay, choose here.

Easy to find. As described. Hostess response to questions was quick! Back yard was great for our dogs and we were able to put their kennels in the laundry room right by a sink and the back door. Beautiful house and decorated beautifully! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

This is our second stay at this house and we enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and perfect for a multi family getaway to enjoy fun things in Memphis. Neighborhood is safe and quiet which my family appreciated. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every way! Situated close to sites we visited including Memphis zoo which was amazing! Thanks Nicole for wonderful weekend!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! From the kitchen amenities to the kids toys and games, every detail was great. The location was perfect to easily get to midtown and downtown. The rooms were very spacious for kids beds and a surprise bonus was the playground across the street. Would highly recommend if looking for a home away from home.

We really enjoyed this property. It is a beautifully remodeled home with lots of thoughtful touches. If you have small children, it is right across the street from a large park. It is easy to access all of your tourist destinations in Memphis, and the host could not be nicer. Highly recommend.

We met family for time together. The house met our needs perfectly. It was cozy but offered plenty of room for privacy. It was very clean and well stocked. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in Memphis. We really enjoyed it.

Great property, very centric and quiet.

The property was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. Communication with the owner was immediate. I had issues with the door lock, but the response back was almost instantaneous and resolved without any issues. I would definitely stay here again on any trip to or through Memphis.

This was a bright and clean little house. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful flowers and outdoor seating. Convenient laundry. Our pups loved playing frisbee in the fully fenced backyard. Happy little birds chirping in the mornings. Quiet area. Well lit at night. Our only recommendation is add another chair in the living room if possible. Be sure to check out this beautiful little dolly if you need a stop in the Memphis area.
