High End Townhouse 12 min walk to Campus and Downtown

Great location if you are heading to the football game - within walking distance.

The property is very conveniently located, well equipped, and very clean. It had beautiful hardwood floors, tile, and granite countertops. Our host (Greg) was very accessible and responsive, and he provided great, upfront communication and information. I would highly recommend this place!

Smooth stay all around with toys for the kids and amenities to keep everyone comfortable. Incredibly gracious and helpful host! Will definitely be keeping in mind for future trips!

We absolutely loved our stay at Heisman House! Greg was a wonderful host, offering us hospitality, flexibility, a super comfortable place to call home for the weekend. We loved the living area to gather as a family, the beds were super comfy and the back deck was a lovely and peaceful spot for morning coffee and relaxing. We recently stayed at this wonderful townhome for a game weekend, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic with the ability to walk to both the campus and downtown, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area on a busy weekend. The house itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking a breeze. Communication with the owner was excellent; they were responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Parking was also a great, with easy access to a dedicated space. Overall, this home exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The townhouse was actually nicer than we were expecting. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, communication with host was great. Location is convenient, It is a long walk to the stadium; however, it is still walkable!
