High End New Estate Home in Lake Oswego. Private suite on 1st level w/o stairs.

We had a truly wonderful stay and can’t say enough positive things about both the home and the host. From the moment we booked, the communication was consistent, clear, and very thoughtful, which made the entire experience feel easy and well organized. The host was genuinely kind and went out of their way to be helpful, accommodating every request we had and making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.The space itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived, and it was stocked with everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our time without having to worry about the little things. The layout was comfortable, the home was quiet, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a pleasant experience for guests.The location was also a big highlight—very central and convenient to get to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. It was the best of both worlds: close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but quiet enough to relax and unwind at the end of the day.Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an attentive and responsive host. We’d happily stay here again.

Home and rooms were new and beautiful. Accomodated our adult family of 8 perfectly. Host was remote and very communicative. Primary suite lacked an available closet, kitchen drawers were empty yet marked, do not use.

New luxury home, beautiful inside and out; very clean and well appointed. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood; easy access to shopping, restaurants, highways, Portland and other suburbs. Host responded quickly when needed.

This house is amazing. So beautiful and very, very comfortable for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and should we come back to this area we definitely want to stay here..And the area is so beautiful wow!!

House is brand new, in perfect condition. I would recommend adding no-slip mats for the showers in the bathrooms.

We stayed at Rod’s house while in town celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. This house was perfect for our family and even had a separate living space for my older parents. We had a small issue with the shower, but Rod helped us solve the problem immediately! We’ll be back!

Our family gathered at this beautiful property and enjoyed the clean, spacious rooms (in addition to the outdoor patio with a fire). Everything about this home reflected thoughtful design, making it the most wonderful place to relax. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Communication with owners was easy. We would highly recommend to others!
