High End Mud Island Home

Yes, very welcoming. Nice home with minor concern of water slowing going out in the kitchen sink.

The house was as pictured. It was very clean and fresh. The instructions were spot on. I appreciated the use of the garage. The only drawback was that I had to hunt for the garage door opener. I did find it in one of the kitchen drawers. I would stay there again when I'm in Memphis. Jesse C.

We were able to stay close to my son and his wife. We had an enjoyable weekend.

Took the family to TN for a wedding. So glad we found this house to stay in!! It was so beautiful and accomodating for our family of 6 (us and our 4 children, ages 10-17). The location was perfect, right near the river and the property was emacualte!!

Our stay in this lovely home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was welcoming, spacious and comfortable. We recommend staying here as the location was convenient to everything in a Memphis. Great host!

The neighborhood seemed safe and we liked being very close to Memphis but also able to escape to this quiet island. The Harbor town restaurants we tried were nice and walking along the Mississippi was pretty and relaxing.

The house overall was filthy and needs a good cleaning. We tried to overlook some of the dirt in order to enjoy our visit with family in Memphis. But as the days went on, we grew more uncomfortable. Simple things like the dirty kitchen sink drain, dirty water dispenser on the refrigerator, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty living room chairs with worn armrests, the outside of the house with the living room screen leaning on the house, bricks laying on the ground, overgrown and dead landscape, etc. just to name a few. However, the final straw was when we stripped the bed on check out day only to see the most disgusting mattress ever!!! It was so horribly stained that we were mortified that we slept on that for 5 nights!!! We have pictures for proof. This house could be so much more if it was shown a little tlc. We were very dissatisfied with this rental. We are not ones to write a negative review, but we feel this one needs definite attention.

The property was clean, and just as pictured. Had all the appliances we needed and supplies we needed. The location is in Harbor Town. Great neighborhood, easy to get sleep and plenty is space to cook for yourself should you choose to.

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived on Thursday and the property manager was able to accommodate our early arrival. This trip to Memphis with our friends and our Beale Street experience was awesome and it was only minutes away from the property. With this being my first time ever utilizing Vrbo... I would definitely book a stay here again. Beautiful atmosphere minutes away from of all the festivities and events we attended. This was an experience that I just can’t stop talking about it. It was a fantastic weekend..

Great property would stay again

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on Mud Island in Memphis! It was the perfect space for our family of five to rest and relax. The home was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring Memphis, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful retreat after our adventures. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic base for their Memphis vacation!

This is a well appointed home in a great neighbourhood. Minutes from a Mississippi view for spectacular sunset photos. There are a few restaurants 5 minutes away, we tried one called “Tugs” which was very good. Plenty of parking availability, garaged or street. Very easy drive to downtown for all the sights. The only downside, was the late provision of the check in information. We only received this one hour before check in, not ideal for International travellers who are relying upon public internet for their communication. All in, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

We all enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Nice for family or friends traveling together. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 bath was perfect for our group It is very roomy.
