Stayed Jul 16, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like most, a family vacation is an event looked forward to with anticipaiton and excitement. We left a bit underwelmed. The property itself was as described, large, well appointed and clean. However, the main living area was very hollow and the echoness made it very difficult to carry on carry on conversations especially with the added noise of the fans which were needed with the 90 degree weather. Although there is AC, I think it is undersized for the size of the home. These shortcomings can be overlooked but my main complaint was being woken up at 8am on Friday morning with sounds of weed wackers, mowers & blowers as the yard service did maintenance on the yards and driveway. I called the rental office to advise of the noise and inquire if they were aware of the disturbance. The person who answered the phone replied that they did not schedule the work but have no control of the situation if the owner of the property did. I asked that a manager be informed of my call and if any type of compensation might be appropriate for the disturbance so early in the morning. There has been no follow up return call, not even a response to offer an appology. This lack of followed is unaccepable especially on a 5 day stay.
