Stayed Jun 28, 2025This house is amazing, modern and clean! My family of 7 loved our stay here. There is plenty of space for everyone - a great pool table, pool and hot tub! The kitchen is well-stocked and the refrigerator has the best ice-maker ever!This is our 3rd visit to Montauk and this is our absolute favorite neighborhood! It's very close to town and a 3 minute walk to the beach!Check-in was easy and Tabitha responded immediately when we had a question. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024The home was extremely spacious and welcoming. We had plenty of space for the 7 children we had in tow to play and enjoy. Thru loves the hot tub, pool table and swing set. The adults loved the entertaining space, the large deck with ocean view and the quick walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Hard to find a house that can sleep so many and have equal types of rooms when multiple families are traveling together. Hope to come back!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024The property was amazing! A lovely new home, beautifully decorated with absolutely gorgeous landscaping. We saw deer, wild turkeys, and little bunnies wandering the property. The ocean sounds were so soothing and the beach was a very short stroll. Perfect for our family to celebrate my husband's birthday and to reminisce on all the childhood summers he spent in Montauk. A wonderful chance to share his memories!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024We booked this house for our first family vacation in almost 25 years, and it was absolutely spectacular! The house was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, not to mention immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area was fabulous. The gorgeous beach is just a five minute walk away. It was the perfect home away from home for a few days.
