High Desert Home 15 Minutes from North Palm Springs

Good sized home with ample yard for dogs. No far from whatever you need but very peaceful.

The property was situated in a great neighborhood close to many places including to grocery stores. Home always very comfortable to be out of heat. Would rent again if ever in the area heat

Todd's place was an ideal spot for our mini family reunion. Light and bright, cool decor, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, and awesome kitchen appliances. Our dog liked it too! Would recommend wholeheartedly. The only (very minor) thing: We couldn't locate soap or body wash for the showers, but we always bring our own anyway.

This house worked out perfect for our family of 6 adults and our pet dogs. The owner was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. He answered any questions we had about the house. The home was newer, large, beautifully decorated and clean. We ate all of our meals at the house and the all of the kitchen supplies we needed were available. The home and owner are dog friendly so it worked out well for our family. This home is in a great location to go outlet shopping, hike at Joshua Tree National Park, and visit Palm Springs. We would definitely recommend staying at this home.

My family of 6 stayed here for a 4 day trip. The house is cute, the location is great for checking out both Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. My issue was that the house is not set up for guests, as it is apparent the owner lives there a majority of the time. All the closets and dressers were full of the owner's clothes. None of us were able to unpack. Same for the bathrooms, all cabinets/drawers were full with the owner's personal items. I'm just not a fan of that. There was no hand soap, etc. There is a exercise machine in the middle of the living room. The owner's food was stored in the fridge and there was no place to store the pantry items s we bought in the kitchen pantry so everything had to be left out on the counter. If these things are not important to you, then it's a good choice. But for me and my family, I prefer to have the house set up to accommodate guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We used this as our landing pad to explore Joshua tree. The house had everything and more and we wished we could have stayed longer.
