High Cotton! Completelyrenovated 3BR, 2.5BA home! 1.5 mi to the Village!

Our stay was great! First, our host, Kim, was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. I always got return messages almost immediately. The house was better than advertised. Located in a very nice neighbourhood, it was very clean, spacious, well-appointed and had everything we needed. Although we were only at “High Cotton” for less than a week, we could easily have spent an extended vacation and absolutely enjoyed all this listing had to offer. The location was great too - groceries, restaurants and shopping were just a short drive, as was PCC. I highly recommend staying at “High Cotton”.

There were very few cooking utinsels or pots and pans. Not well stocked.The shower curtain in the master bath is moldy on the inside.The shower in the full bathroom needs new fixtures. Hard to regulate and get on and off.

The house was small, but was clean and nice.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Everything in the app is exactly what you will see when you walk into the home. The neighborhood is clean and quiet - close to all amenities (restaurants, shopping, gas, hospital, etc.). The house itself was beautiful and spotless - all linens and towels were very nice and clean; kitchen was spotless with all necessary items to cook a full dinner; washer/dryer was such a extra bonus; all beds were so very comfortable. This was one of the nicest houses we stayed in. The owner Kim was very responsive in emails prior to our stay and while we were there. I felt like it was our home away from home. I would totally recommend this house and hope to stay again the future when we travel back to Pinehurt. Love, love, love everything about this house - no complaints.

This property was perfect for what we needed. Close to everything. We were within 8-10 minutes of #5, #6 and #8. It was well stocked and beautifully done. The neighborhood was quiet.

All I can say is if you choose this property you’ll be glad you did. It’s an awesome place. Check in was as easy as it gets. Prompt communication from owner & house exactly as described in a nice neighborhood. My favorite part & one reason I booked this was the furniture in front of the tv. It’s made to relax, couches & recliners. Beds comfortable too. If we get back next year this is the 1st place we’ll look.

I had a knee replacement and needed to be close to my surgeon in Pinehurst. This house was perfect in everyday, especially cleanliness. We stayed for 10 days and I was able to recuperated, get to my physical therapy and my doctor with ease. There were plenty of towels and blankets and everything was very fresh and new. Thank you to our owner...She was the best!

This VRBO is simply one of the BEST VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The aesthetic is so inviting and comfortable. The beds slept comfortably and the linens provided were incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. When I make a return trip to the area; I hope to stay here again. I can't begin to describe how helpful and attentive Kim was (even answering my call when she was traveling herself). This was simply an incredible experience.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and Kim made the whole process so smooth. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay and play golf.

Very impressed with the entire experience renting this property from Kim! She was very quick to respond to any questions, provided arrival information in a timely manner and property was clean, comfortable and better than expected. I would definitely rent this property again and would look to stay at this very convenient location only 1.5 miles from center of the village. This trip was for my niece’s wedding and being able to have a full house to stay in with all the amenities made getting ready and getting to the wedding much less stressful. Place was clean, has one issue with the coffee pot and it was resolved within hours! Close to all the Pinehurst Golf courses. Near all the restaurants and The Village. Would definitely rent this home again!

I would definitely recommend High Cotton! We had a great week-long stay during the US Kids Golf Tournament at the end of July/beginning of August. The house is just as described - 3 beds, 2.5 baths with open concept - great for young families like us. Kim was very responsive over text and Roy even came over the night of check-in to help with the TV. The neighborhood was great and convenient to everything in Pinehurst/Southern Pines. Unfortunately, the power did go out during some bad storms on the last night of our stay. My only suggestion is to get a flashlight.

My mother and I spent a week in this lovely home. Very attractive decor, spacious, and very clean. Easy communication with our host. Safe neighborhood.

This house is very clean. It has everything you need except Kleenex. From the photos we were expecting a home that was easier to manage for a person in a wheelchair. The driveway is very slopped so it was difficult to maneuver with the wheelchair. The bedrooms are very very small rooms, no room to put your suitcase in the one room and the bathroom in the master was way too small. The pictures make it look way bigger. It a nice house. If you are not handicapped you will love it. If you have mobility issues, don’t rent this house.
