Great property in a great location. Clean, comfortable.

The house, from first impression and through out the stay, was incredible. First of all, the location is perfect, close to everything, but in a very quiet neighborhood. We found a lot of good eats very close by; Central BBQ, was one of our favorites. We could not have asked for a better place to hang for our vacation. Highly recommend this place for all your Memphis needs!

We loved this beautiful home for our stay in Memphis! The home was so clean, spacious rooms with up to date amenities, comfortable furniture and in a great location! Stewart was easy to work with and quick to respond back with any questions I had. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Memphis area!

This was our first time visiting Graceland. This house was amazing, very clean and on a quiet street. It was only 15 to 20 minutes for all the attractions we wanted to see. I will definitely rebook this house.

The home was perfect. We traveld from Delaware and still felt at home there. House was super clean and well stocked with pretty much anything you needed. We would definitely stay here again

This beautiful house was perfect for our group of eight. We especially liked the comfortable king beds and four full baths. It was very clean. The large dining table was perfect for game night. The location was excellent. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The host was very responsive and helpful. The only improvement we would suggest would be to replace the sofa with a sectional. There wasn’t enough comfortable seating for movie night. We would definitely recommend this house and would like to stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.

Stewart was very pleasant and helpful! The house is beautiful and large. Perfect size for my family of 7 adults and 3 kids. We had a wonderful time!

each year we stay at different cities / states close to KY - always in November and try to book to see Christmas lights. Came across this and OMG - the house / host was so amazing - totally worth the money and the place was so close to the places we visited - if we ever went back we would definitely stay there and definitely recommend to our friends that travel

We loved this home.. So beautifully done.. 4 couples in our 60th love having our own king rooms and bathrooms.. Kitchen/living/dining areas were perfect as well.. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Memphis.... Thank you

This house was exactly as advised. Beautiful home, spacious, very clean and outstanding decor. Stewart, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Texted him with a small issue, he responded immediately. There were 11 of us and everyone Loved this house and great location to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Needed great location with many rooms for all ages. An amazing well thought out floor plan close to many tourist sites and short drive to the golf tournament. Higbee Too was just perfect with an extremely attentive host.

This was our best rental ever as a family and that includes many wonderful beach stays. We were in town for a family wedding. There were 9 adults and an infant. The house was spacious, comfortable, with every beautiful touch imaginable. The host checked in on us and there just was NOTHING to have been any better for each of us. Beds were comfy, linens were wonderful, the kitchen had everything we needed and so much more. I can't WAIT to find a reason to stay here again. Wonderful rental.
