Hidden Treasure Near Downtown!

This was our third stay at this lovely property and we will stay there every time we visit Asheville. Not only are the hosts excellent in every way, the apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is walkable to downtown.

I truly enjoyed my stay with Tim and Mary at their gorgeous accommodation in Asheville. I was stunned by the beauty of the property, the decor of my room and the welcoming hospitality.. It is truly a hidden gem! I highly recommend for your next stay in Asheville!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. The location is walkable to downtown Asheville and all of the sights. It is tucked away and very private and safe. Beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and shower and lovely amenities. The hosts are warm, inviting and very thoughtful. This is will continue to be our property of choice every time we visit Asheville!

This was a beautiful, quiet, restorative place to stay. The gardens were lovely and the pictures online don’t do it justice! I didn’t want to leave!

Mary and Tim's yard is a sight to behold. She is a Master Gardener and it shows--their huge property is covered in beautiful flower beds. It's a serene, brightly-colored paradise.

Our experience it was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable, bathroom was clean and the shower was awesome! Mary is an excellent host delighted to help when needed and understands privacy as well. When traveling to Asheville there is no where that I would stay except here.

10/10! This was a lovely property nestled in near the botanical gardens and a wooded area. 4 minute drive from downtown Asheville, maybe 1.5 mile walk. The hosts were great, the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Thank you!

Very well decorated, accommodating and clean. In a quiet location but not far from downtown and Biltmore. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very helpful.

The place was clean, the owners were very nice and easy to reach. Would def recommend. One short sight that was of my own lack of research that may be worth noting, is the place seems to me to be better suited for short stays being that there is no kitchen or living room area, as long as you understand that, everything about the place was fantastic.

Gorgeous space! I didn’t get to explore Asheville much because of a snow storm, but I was cozied up perfectly in the beautiful space, and the host was very accommodating and wonderful.

Mary is wonderful and made our weekend stay in Asheville very enjoyable! The room and bathroom are beautiful and so thoughtfully furnished with everything you need or didn’t know you needed. Will definitely stay again in the Spring to see the garden come alive!

Excellent accommodations, fantastic location within a walk in proper weather or a very short uber to everywhere you want to go downtown. Amazing communication with the hosts, very responsive and friendly. Loved our stay and would stay again! 10/10

The property is lovely and well decorated and thought out. It was easy to get just about anywhere in town. Communication with the host was great and we found the whole experience to be very welcoming. It was a nice place to recharge after a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and the porch was great for relaxing. We would definitely stay there again. There is a small fridge with freezer, drip coffee maker, several coffee mugs and sweeteners provided as well as ground coffee. No microwave or television and we did not miss either.

Beautiful property located close to downtown Asheville. Mary is the sweetest person. She ensured we knew all the details of the room and property. The room is beautifully decorated with unique, gorgeous light fixtures. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

We felt secluded, even though we were within walking distance from the city.The flower gardens were a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed comparing the flowers in the gardens to the ones we have in Pennsylvania. I especially enjoyed watching the bees and butterflies fluttering around the Lavender.

Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!

Delightful property next to downtown and arts areas. Walkable and easy drive to those locations as well! Mary was a warm host who made for easy check-in and check out. Intimate bedroom with beautiful bathroom which made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

I have traveled many years for work and vacation.Mary and her warm hospitality are a very welcome respite from the same old of hotels. The property is comfortable, tranquil, scenic and perfectly located to travel near and far in the Asheville area. We will be back!

Mary was a wonderful host and the room was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the deck reading with the quiet, beautiful surroundings.

The hosts were super nice and welcoming. The location is a great spot. Close to downtown but also away from the hustle nd bustle. We sat on the deck attached to the room and saw wildlife. Mary even remembered I told her it was our anniversary trip. anniversahusbabirthday
