This property is 2 stories. 1st floor consists of a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, and a laundry space. 2nd floor consists of a movie themed living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom, and a game room with a pool table.

Guests will have access to the entire home minus the garage.

The maximum guest allowance is 8. All guests should be registered, this includes those staying overnight as well as any visitors to the property. If the guest count exceeds 8 at any time during your stay, it will be assumed that an unauthorized party or large gathering is taking place. This will result in a cancellation of your reservation, and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
All service animals must be disclosed ahead of arrival and proper documentation must be provided.

Coasters have been provided throughout the house, please make sure to use them.

Street parking is not allowed. A maximum of 3 vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Please be mindful of our neighbors and stay on the correct side of the dividing line. Any vehicles parked in or blocking the neighboring driveway will be towed at the owner's expense.

Please make sure to lock all doors any time you leave the property.
