Tucson, Arizona
This hidden gem is in a quiet town home community in Northwest Tucson, the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring all Tucson has to offer. Stays over 3 weeks include cleaning, because who wants to scrub toilets while on vacation! We also run an ozone generator between guests.
It includes a private, furnished patio for enjoying the beautiful Arizona evenings. You will have easy access to Interstate 10, downtown and the University of Arizona. This is the perfect spot from which to head out to one of many beautiful hiking trails around Tucson or to the annual Gem and Mineral Show or the Festival of Books or a sports event at UArizona.
The finer details make our property special: HBO, ice maker and filtered water in the fridge, ceiling fans and sky lights in most rooms, spacious modern kitchen, covered patios front and back.
Our host will be very attentive to us an excellent condo & for biking the Tucson area is fantastic !!
Convenient location. However, other than the beds, needs a thorough clean-out of old, mismatched thrift shop furniture, glassware, plates (etc.), silverware, cutlery; copious (dusty, depressing) plastic plants/flowers; and general old junk stored in closets, pantry, and kitchen drawers. At least 3, aged venetian blinds were broken and needed replacement. However, the non- functioning clothes dryer was replaced during our stay. Kitchen appliances, while still functional, appeared rather shabby and well past their use-by date. To us, the overall impression was that of staying in a recently deceased grandparent's house, the maintenance of which arrested in the late1970's.
My friend and I stayed in this condo for one week. It is a very nice and clean condo in a great location. We found the condo very well equipped and supplied with just about anything you might need. It was great except the front door is very difficult to unlock. We struggled and had to call the owner to help us unlock the door when we arrived. It was a pain every time we returned to the condo. A smart lock would be a great improvement.
Perfect central location which is well stocked with silverware and lovely dishes. The property owner responds immediately with any issue.
This is a great place to stay for a short or long stay. We stayed for 2 weeks and explored the area around Tucson. We espcially liked the well stocked kitchen and the great communication with our host. This place is well situated for exploring north of Tucson, but the location is fine for going anywhere in the area. My husband and I like to walk and found the neighborhood to the west very walk friendly.
The property and host were fantastic for our summer pastoral intern and his young family. They LOVED the neighborhood pool.
Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to the sites around Tucson area. Restaurants and shopping close by. Owner very responsive. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Master bedroom mattress needs replacement.
Despite being close to the main road the unit was very quiet. The A/C worked well. It was comfortable for our stay. Only two recommendations: First would be to replace the old mattress in the guest bedroom. The second would be to offer an upgraded cable TV selection.
Senior-friendly property in a quiet neighborhood. North of downtown and close to all of the necessities. Owners are quickly responsive to concerns. Highly recommended
A comfortable home in a safe and quiet location so you can sleep in if you wish. The Home provides easy living as it is a short distance to many excellent restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, banking, shopping, and more. If you don't want to eat out you can cook in the kitchen or in back outside patio. A leisurely lunch outside is quite enjoyable. The inside is comfortable with enough space to not bump into each other. Wi-fi works well throughout the house. As a bonus, a short 2 minute walk to the west side of the walled community provides a nice view of the sunset. This Town Home is a great value and this is the second time we have rented it!
