Hidden Gem in Chinatown 2 miles from Strip/stadium

This house was perfect for our short soccer weekend! Great, clean and plenty of space!

Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was a decent place. It was clean and had good amenities and was close enough to the Venetian where our trade show was. The only real downside was the street noise in the bedrooms upstairs to the left. Felt like the windows were open. Much better in the other rooms. Other than that it was fine and we'd consider staying there again.

Good place

Cozy home minutes from the strip and with lots of good Asian food choices nearby. The host was kind enough to provide snacks as well. We enjoyed it very much!

Location is close to the strip, but not walkable due to cars running stop signs, and doesn't feel safe to walk around. Keep in mind if you sleep in the rooms close to the street side, there can be a lot of noise (can hear ppl and cars clearly). House was taken care of and a great size for a large group. Each room was equipped with a portable a/c. We did find several hairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms and the towels (pink hair on the wall and caught under the door too). It was nice to be able to use the 2 car garage. It did not feel safe to park on the street. Host was prompt at responding and checked in after the first night. Pet friendly house, but the area did not have any grass or trails for pets.

My family and I stayed here while attending my graduation from UoP. Everything was described perfectly. We really felt at home. The house is a short drive from the strip. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Check in was easy, it was a perfect spot and close to our venue! The house was clean, whenever we needed something our host was quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was good for what we needed. It’s close enough to the strip and is big enough for a medium size group. Didn’t get 5 stars because of an issue that was disclosed to us before the stay but still effected the score. Overall clean expect when stripping the beds we found a condom wrapper that wasn’t ours in the bedsheets. It was a nice quiet place to be when we weren’t out and about on the strip.

We like that we were within walking distance to china town and juat a few miles from the strip. Not the quietest neighborhood but since we spend so little time in the house it was not a big deal. There is a good grocery store within walking distance of the house. Would stay here again

Nice place close to China Town and lots of great food in Vegas. Enough space for 6 of us. Loved the individual ac in every room! Good and easy communication with the host. No issues during our stay.

We've been to this property before and we love how close it is to Chinatown. Parking is easy and the place is a great for groups. Communication is always easy with the property manager. They are awesome and they reply quickly! Will be coming back to stay and would recommend to others!

We rented the property for two couples to come to Vegas to enjoy the sights and sounds, including The Eagles at the Sphere. The home was easy to find, offered everything we wanted and needed in a location near the Strip, and it was clean and comfortable. Roberto had everything set up for easy check in and he was exceedingly quick in communicating with us throughout the reservation process and our stay. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for adding to our enjoyment of Las Vegas!

Clean, convenient location, very smooth check-in. Foosball table was a nice perk.

Location was perfect! Close enough to all the attractions but far away to be peaceful.

Second time staying here. It’s just convenient and comfy! Nothing else could be asked for. Clean and everything is where it should be.

Was close to everything. Area was ok. Table only sat four. Cheap furniture. Nothing fancy. Was clean but nasty carpet in the bedrooms. A place to sleep and shower

The house was plenty spacious enough for the 7 of us and our dog to stay and not be on top of each other. The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, plenty of bathroom space, big kitchen, big garage, quite area and extra amenities, especially for the kids.

House was great everything was clean the directions were very clear and easy great house would definitely recommend to anyone who’s coming to stay in las vegas for a while.

The interior of the property is modern. The location was very central to access many casinos. Great stay

Apartment Townhouse with 4 bedrooms comfy and adequate for sleeping. Well used space but Linens and beds comfy and clean. Garage for your car. Quick Uber anywhere for $11.

Wonderful place to stay and everything is so close to it

The positives are no bugs, and they allowed pets. The negatives are the upstairs shower drain was clogged. The downstairs bathroom toilet did not flush properly. The steps leading up stairs are steep and difficult for anyone with a disability to go up and down. The carpet in the upstairs needs to be updated and changed out.

This place was perfect for our stay. We loved how close it was to Chinatown and all the delicious food. Super convenient and close to the strip too! The amenities were great and the home was so spacious. I loved that they had recommended places to go to- which helped us a lot. Parking was convenient as well! Communication was also super easy and the check in and check out process went smoothly. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book it again!
