Stayed Jan 30, 2025This was a very pleasant place to stay! Quiet but very accessible to the main routes. Only comment is that it would be better if there was a power bar or extension cord to plug in phone/watch at the nightstand. But, still a wonderful place!!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Our host was, and always has been quick to respond to questions and help in any way she can. We have stayed at this property 3 time, and Mauricel is a major reason we return. The location is convenient, close to family we visit, and it is close to the highway. Top it off with shopping center being close by! The unit is always well stocked and very clean. We hope to return.

Stayed May 16, 2024We were in Lakeland to visit family, and this was a perfect place to stay. It was nearby, in a nice neighborhood, and had all the features we needed. The host was very responsive to all messages, answering quickly and thoroughly. This is a very clean, roomy and comfortable place. Will return!
