Hibiscus House central located

Hibiscus House is a completely remodeled build consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sun room and a private outdoor court yard. Much attention was put into every aspect of the design, finishes and decor to provide comfort, privacy, and security for our guests.

You will enter through the front door with the coded opener and have the security of 24-hour cameras on the exterior of the unit.There is also a registered EF 5 in-ground storm shelter. You park only steps from the doorof the Hibiscus House. This makes carrying in your belongings very convenient no matter what the weather or time of your arrival! Just inside the door there is a wall-mounted coat hook area along with a shoe tray. We do our best to keep the inside or the home as clean as possible for all our guests with special consideration for those with little ones who like to touch everything and also for those with special allergy needs! We do not allow pets of any kind for these reasons, as well. We ask that all guests leave their street shoes here on the provided shoe tray. Feel free to wear house shoes in the rest of the house! There are heated floors and air conditioning in every room of this property!

As your enter the Hibiscus House with your own private guest code, you will step into a beautiful open concept living and kitchen/dining area.

Our guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances, gas range and oven, microwave, stainless steel dish washer and side by side refrigerator with reverse osmosis water to the ice maker for making crystal clear ice! There are all new dishes and cookware with all the utensils for preparing and serving your perfect meal! We even have a few cookbooks if you would like to look for something new to try! The seated dining area will seat 4 comfortably and up to six in a pinch. We have availability of additional tables and chairs upon request.

There is a reverse osmosis spout at the sink so there is no need to buy bottles of drinking water! The coffee and tea are on us for your stay at the Hibiscus House. We also have half and half individual pods for our guests as well as some “grab and go” snacks and breakfast offerings!

The open concept living area has two recliners, a couch that can pull out into a full lounge position and has a gas fireplace for those cozy winter and fall vibes with just a flick of a switch! There is a 60 inch smart TV above the fireplace that can be viewed from anywhere in the living room/kitchen for an all-inclusive feel!

A full bathroom is located on this level for your convenience! It has a tile surround shower with a dressing area, adjustable height shower head, toilet, and sink. You will appreciate the never-ending hot water provided by a tankless water heater. Toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and rinse are provided as well as bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, make-up remover pads, cotton balls, cotton swabs and a first aid kit.

A cozy sunroom is just through a doorway off of the kitchen and leads you into a bright and inviting space with a full bath that also has a 42 inch smart TV, a comfy couch that folds into a lounger and two recliners for a fun movie night and provides large windows for a lovely view of your stunning and private courtyard!

Step out of the sunroom onto the tumbled pavers of your courtyard and have a seat on one of the comfortable seating options as you listen to the relaxing sound of your fountain that hangs, along with many vertical plantings, on your 8 foot privacy fence! You will be surrounded with lush plantings in spring/summer seasons and fall and winter decor as the seasons change! There are pots of lovely plantings as well as organically grown herbs that you are welcome to use in your cooking. We grow hibiscus on the property and we dry the flowers for use in preparing tea and in recipes! We will make sure there is some left for you in your kitchen!

there are two fully appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and luxury linens and pillows! Each has a luggage holder, a full walk-in closet with a built-in chest of drawers for your belongings, bedside tables and lamps with USB plugs, 42 inch smart TV, and central heat and air conditioning!

Both bathrooms have large comfortable showers with endless hot water from the tankless water heater. Toiletries consist of shampoo, rinse and body wash as well as towels, washcloths, hand towels, makeup remover pads, cotton balls and swabs all provided for your stay. We also leave have a first-aid package for small boo-boo’s!

Safety and security are very important as is your comfort so here’s the low down on where the safety items are located. There is a fire blanket hanging beside the stove in the kitchen and a fire extinguisher on the wall with the instructions for use. In the event of dangerous weather, there is a storm shelter on the property. The severe weather instructions are in the “welcome book” along with the house rules and check-out procedures.
